July 2024

Mar 1 - Late 2024Disney Resorts : Walt Disney WorldDisney’s Polynesian Village Resort While the Resort remains open to guests, areas are currently being renovated to include new Disney Vacation Club Villas, restaurants, and even new recreation offerings! The Disney Vacation Club Villas are expected to open in late 2024.
January 24th - Summer 2024Frontierland : Magic KingdomSplash Mountain Splash Mountain will close on January 24th, 2023 to reopen as the new Tiana's Bayou Adventure in summer 2024.
July 15th, 2023 - July 1st, 2024Disney Resorts : Walt Disney WorldDisney’s Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground 350 Cabins at the Fort Wilderness Campgrounds will be completely renovated and adopted into the Disney Vacation Club offerings.
Jan. 01 - Summer 2024Magic Kingdom : Walt Disney WorldTiana's Bayou Adventure Tiana's Bayou Adventure, the newly re-themed version of Splash Mountain, will open sometime in summer 2024.
Jan 8th - July 1stSunset Boulevard : Disney's Hollywood StudiosRock 'n' Roller Coaster Disney announced that Rock 'n' Roller Coaster starring Aerosmith will be closed for refurbishment until "summer 2024."
January 27th - July 17thFrontierland : Magic KingdomCountry Bear Jamboree Country Bear Jamboree will CLOSE on January 27th, 2024, for the refurbishment. Disney announced that the new show should open Summer 2024.
March 17th, 2024 - TBABlizzard Beach : Water ParksBlizzard Beach Water Park Closed on March 17, 2024 to begin a seasonal refurbishment; Anticipated reopening date: Not yet known
May 2024 - Nov 2024Port Orleans French Quarter : Disney ResortsPort Orleans - French Quarter From May 2024 through November 2024, some Guest rooms at Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – French Quarter will be under refurbishment. Guests may see or hear construction work during daytime hours. Most Resort hotel amenities will remain available.
May 24th, 2024 - September 2nd, 2024Disney Springs : Walt Disney World“Disney Dreams That Soar” A new drone show is coming to Disney Springs! “Disney Dreams That Soar” is a summertime experience that will be “a late-night perk for visitors.”
May 25th - Aug 31stTyphoon Lagoon : Water Parks2024 H2O Glow After Hours Event Special Ticketed After Hour Events taking place on select nights from the end of May through August 31st.
June 9th - TBAAmerican Adventure Pavilion : EPCOTPortraits of Courage: A Commander in Chief’s Tribute to America’s Warriors A new exhibit will be coming to the American Heritage Gallery, which will feature 60 oil paintings by President George W. Bush.
