So disappointed this time. I was debating taking Mears or Lyft. I asked the Mears rep if they had a direct route (express). I was told yes, then found out when I got in line, it was not direct
I also asked how long it would be before we board. I was told 10 minutes. 30 minutes later, I asked the employee at the front of the line. He said 10 minutes. About 20 minutes later we were told the wait would be about 30 minutes more as it was a shift change for the drivers. We had dinner reservations that we missed because we actually believed the Mears employees.

Pros:

Comfortable

Cons:

Employees don't know what is going on and the wait was misrepresented and very long.

Glad we got Meers Connect Express. They take you straight to your hotel instead of waiting for the bus to drop everyone else off too which would take about an hr or so. It took less than 30 min to get to our hotel after checking in @ the Meers Connect Desk. It took less than 10 min to wait for the driver, load the bus & luggage.

Pros:

Short wait times Excellent service Caring & Kind Staff Friendly Clean Bueses

Cons:

None

Horrible service!!!!!!! Over a half hour late to pick us up and there was a group waiting with us and they had been waiting over an hour. There was no explanation. There was no call/text to let us know. When I called to ask about the bus, I was basically told that traffic was heavy and that it would be there “no later than 10 minutes “. Then she hung up on me. Ten minutes came and went. Finally the bus pulled in, and once again, the driver said nothing. No apologies for being late…. No explanation. Stood there at the door waiting for everyone to come to him. But have now worries, he had his large pizza sitting on the front seat (at least he won’t go hungry sitting in heavy traffic).

Pros:

No pros

Cons:

Everything is a con with Mears!!!!!!

Waited over an hour after checking in with Mears Connect. Our van driver came in and got into an argument with one of the young guys at the desk. Said he'd been waiting at terminal B for 40 minutes while we were at terminal C. They started yelling at each other and calling each other names all the while numerous Disney families are right there listening to it all. All in all it probably took 2 hours to get to our resort. I also have issue with the blatant sign asking for gratuities.

Pros:

Van was clean

Cons:

Very unprofessional, long wait time, uninterested employees at Mears check in.

Waited an hour for our small crowded van to POFQ. The employees at check-in seemed
bored and uninterested in helping us. The van was small and didn't have any available seats. One of us squeezed into the 2nd row and the other Sat up front. We flew in on Jetblue. When we flew I. Previously on United, the Mears pickup area there was extremely organized. The area we were in not organized at all.

Pros:

The van had air conditioning

Cons:

Long wait. Crowded van with not enough seats.

We stayed at the Cornado. The bus was over an hour late to pick us up to get us to the airport. I called customer service twice which was no help. We finally made it to the airport and our bags where late checking in. We had 25 minutes to get through security get on a tram and get to gate 85. We were still stuck in security when our plane would have left. Luckily I received a text at that moment our flight was delayed. Worst experience, I was so upset I threw up all that night and next day.

Pros:

If you want to make your flight call an Uber.

Cons:

I'm a positive person, but can not think of anything good to say about my experience with Mears.

I have seen a great many negative reviews about Mears, but never have had a bad experience myself. I have used their service before and after they were the Magical Express and have always had a pretty good experience. I have used their services at least 36 times and have always been picked up and dropped off in a reasonable amount of time. Yes, it stinks that they are no longer the free Magical Express, but that was Disney that decided to end that service with them. Most of the time the bus drivers are very nice, though I got a weird one this past trip, still nice, but weird. Some people on the bus found him funny and others found him annoying. I feel bad for the customers that have had bad experiences, but I have always had great service from them.

Pros:

Friendly, on time

Cons:

Can get a little pricey when you have a group of 6 people or more.

The only reason I’m given this review or two is because we were picked up on time by a courteous driver. When we arrived at Orlando international Airport, we were dropped off at terminal B by Delta Airlines. We were flying on Southwest Airlines, which was terminal A. Our party consisted of two adults, two children. Anyone who has been to Disney knows the traveling with children and even adults means leaving Disney you have far more luggage and packages than when you arrived due to the souvenirs that were purchased. as a result, we wound up, having to drag all this luggage and packages from level one terminal B to level three terminal A to check in at Southwest. And if you burn to Orlando international airport, you know that it is a very large airport so this was no easy feat! I called Mears Connect and was informed that this is just the way it is. while sitting at the airport, I investigated Uber and Lyft and discovered that it would’ve been cheaper to use one of those services and they would’ve picked me up at Shades Of green and drop me off Southwest terminal A

Pros:

Comfortable bus

Cons:

Drop off

Mears Connect

Pros:

Nice drive from airport to Pop early in morning

Cons:

Took 2 hours to get to from Pop Century to Orlando airport. We would have missed our flight if it wasn’t delayed. Driver was not polite, played loud jazz music for entire 2 hour bus ride. Stopped at 4 other resorts before we left for airport.
