Stayed here 1/17-1/20.

Checked in around 10 PM. We had requested a king room in the '50s section, which we got. We ate at the food court the first night and the food was good. My husband ate breakfast all 3 days and said it was good.

The room was clean and well-lit. The bed was a little hard for my taste, as were the pillows.

The parking lot was pretty close to our room.

The entire resort was lively and fun to be at. The store in the main building was great - had a large selection of items.

Pros:

Clean, friendly, good food court & shopping

Cons:

Beds were hard

Not a bad place to stay by any means, clean, comfortable: has all the same things any other hotel would . For the price and with access to skyliner it definitely adds to the rating .

Pros:

Affordable, has skyliner access, cute theme

Cons:

The cafeteria is meh, there should be more options . It’s kindof ugly in some places and the theme can be a little strange looking in places

Stayed here in May 2022 for 1st time, 4 adults. The room was big enough for a 4 of us, the luggage went under the bed. Loved the separation of shower and towel from the sink and mirror. Plenty of USB plugs and regular plugs for all our electronics. Plenty of storage space to put our belongings away. The food court was mediocre at best. We requested a 70's building but ended up in the back of 90's. I would stay here again.

Pros:

Great rooms

Cons:

food court is just ok.

Stayed there in March 2019 for 8 days. When I arrived for early check-in, I had to go to front desk because I live in Canada so MagicBands weren't sent to me. Lady gave me a room number and said it was ready. Couldn't find it for the life of me and then my app also said a different room number. Found 2 mousekeeping interns that were tried helping us but they were also confused. Tried my magicband and it opened both rooms. We figured out which one it was. Sadly, the original room was actually a room I had requested. We ended up having a room facing a parking lot (very noisy) and with noisy neighbours. My luggage also didn't show up until 10pm when I had arrived at 230pm.

The room was very nice and clean. The resort was also great. I would stay there again despite the negatives because I know it is a one-off.

Pros:

Beautiful theming, clean rooms, good food

Cons:

Walls are thin

Pop is great for families on a budget. Our family of 4 stayed here and enjoyed it. The rooms are a bit small but we managed, you don't spend a lot of time in your room anyway. The skyliner is a great additional transportation option. The rooms are newly renovated and very nice. The pool areas are nice too if you need a break from the parks. My one complaint is the dining options, there's just not a lot and what is there isn't very good.

Pros:

Affordable (by Disney standards), renovated rooms, nice pools

Cons:

The rooms are a bit small, the dining options are just meh

You get what you pay for. If you’re only in the room to sleep this hotel is worth every penny. The addition of the skylines really helps because the busses here IMO were very slow and very crowded. Pool was just that a pool, serving it’s purpose.

Pros:

Price. Skyliner.

Cons:

Food

Based on our April 2020 stay with 2 Adults, no kids
If you're on a budget this place will give you an updated and clean place to stay, Fer Shure.
I loved all the characters and theming all over the resort. Some of the music was funny to hear because it seemed out of place at Disney.
We had paid for a Preferred room, which means close to the lobby not the Skyliner FYI. Being close to the lobby was great for transportation via bus since it’s all in one place.
The room was smaller than a standard hotel room and there wasn’t much space to put your things accept for under the bed. I liked some of the storage to the side of the vanity but found the vanity itself awkward to use and get ready. Plus there’s only one sink. There’s also a gap under the camode/shower room door that allows you to hear everything happening in there…
The food court was generic but consistent, however I had multiple problems with mobile order. We decided to hop on the Skyliner one afternoon and picked up dinner at the Riviera QS instead.
We like to enjoy the pool during our stays and these were all busy and quite a walk from our room.

Pros:

Easy bus system, Skyliner Access

Cons:

Pools were either too far or very busy

We stayed here in June 2021. We end up staying in the 90's theme section. I couldn't believe how far away it was from the center hub. Although the rooms were a bit on the smaller size, it was very clean. It was nice to have the small refrigerator. The beds were comfortable and we had alot of pillows to choose from. Having the Skyliner at the resort was a plus! My only complaint was that the pool was filled with so many bugs.

Pros:

comfortable bed, so many charging ports in the rooms, and Skyliner

Cons:

too many bugs in the pool and a bit far from the center hub

I stayed here with a coworker for a work conference and it was good for the price. The room was fine for two adults but i feel like a family of four would be really cramped but with the skyliner access it makes it worth the price if you don't spend alot of time in your room. The food offerings were decent and the giftshop was very large and had lots of options. The theme was cute and the giant icons were definitely fun to check out.

Pros:

the skyliner, the refurbished rooms with murphy beds

Cons:

No real cons it just didn't have that wow factor that other disney resorts have.

Staying at this hotel was great, the two times I’ve ever gone to WDW this is my family’s go-to hotel. The food was OK. The first time, food was pretty bad. But second time, that pizza was actually pretty decent. The hotel rooms don’t have much theme (on the inside) so you could say I was slightly disappointed. The outside though, was REALLY cool. There was decor and popular things from that year based on witch area you stay in. (Like there were colorful flowers and yo-yo stairs at the 60’s area and bowling pin stairs and people dancing in the 50’s) overall, this is a great hotel and I love it so so much. (Btw, you get access to the skyliner, and you can walk through Art Of Animation witch was really fun and cute)

Pros:

Skyliner, Art of Animation, very cute theming, very kid friendly

Cons:

If you are in a 50’s building near the parking lot (like building 1 or 2) the walk from the skyliner can be a REALLY big pain 🙁
