We just received some exciting news about a new resort opening at Disney World!

We have been watching this resort being built for a while, and now we finally have dates when reservations will open!
The Island Tower at Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows is projected to be opening in December 2024. This Tower will feature a variety of rooms that sleep anywhere from two to nine guests. This resort is located next door to Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort.

Bookings for Island Tower will be opening soon! The dates will be a bit staggered, depending on whether you are a Disney Vacation Club member or an Annual Passholder. Guests will be able to book the new Tower on the following dates:
- June 4th: Disney Vacation Club members can make early rental reservations by calling Member Services at (800) 800-9800. DVC members will be able to make points-based reservations at a later date.
- June 5th: Walt Disney World Annual Passholders can book rental reservations by calling (407) 934-7639.
- June 6th: All guests can make reservations online or by calling (407) 934-7639.

In addition to a projected opening date, we also got a look at some concept art for the lobby of Island Tower. Walt Disney Imagineering collaborated with over a dozen artists from around the world to design and decorate this new resort.

We can’t wait to see inside this gorgeous, new building, and we will be sure to keep you updated as we hear more from Disney.
