Disney Springs Area Resort Hotels
Updated: June 9th, 2026
The Disney Springs Area Resort Hotels are located on Disney property and are considered Official Walt Disney World Hotels but are operated by third party companies. These hotels are within walking distance of Disney Springs, meaning great dining, shopping, and entertainment are just a short walk away. For guests looking for something a little different in their Walt Disney World stay, the Disney Springs Area Resort Hotels might be just right.

Disney Springs Area Resorts
There are currently seven hotels that fall under the umbrella of Disney Springs Area Resorts.
DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Orlando — Disney Springs Resort Area
DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Orlando is the only all-suite hotel in the Disney Springs Resort Area Hotels group. The hotel offers renovated one-bedroom suites with a separate bedroom and living room, making it a strong pick for families or groups who would rather not conduct bedtime in one single room with the emotional tension of a submarine crew.

Drury Plaza Hotel Orlando, Disney Springs Area
Drury Plaza Hotel Orlando is one of the newer additions to the Disney Springs Area lineup, replacing the former Best Western Lake Buena Vista location after a major transformation.

This Official Walt Disney World Hotel is located about half a mile from Disney Springs and offers several budget-friendly perks that can really add up. Guests can enjoy free hot breakfast, the 5:30 Kickback with rotating hot food and drinks, free popcorn and soda in the evening, free Wi-Fi, and no resort fee. Rooms include a microwave and refrigerator, and the hotel also has a resort-style pool, splash pad, outdoor whirlpool, Level Up Arcade, Starbucks coffee, and multiple dining options, including Kitchen + Bar, Lakeside Bar & Grill, and Pizza Hut Express.
Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace — Disney Springs Resort Area
Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace is connected to Disney Springs by a pedestrian skybridge, which is one of those little conveniences that feels very glamorous after a long park day when your feet have become two tired baguettes.

Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista — Disney Springs Resort Area
Hilton Orlando Lake Buena Vista is one of the closest hotels to Disney Springs and is also connected by a pedestrian skybridge. This is a major perk for anyone who plans to treat Disney Springs like their evening living room.

The hotel offers 814 guest rooms and suites, including select rooms with Disney Springs views. Amenities include two heated pools, a kids’ splash pad, a double whirlpool, arcade, fitness center, and multiple dining options. Guests can grab quick bites at Mainstreet Market, eat at Benihana Steakhouse and Sushi, relax at Rum Largo Poolside Bar and Café, or head to John T’s Lounge for cocktails and casual dining.
Holiday Inn Orlando — Disney Springs Area
Holiday Inn Orlando is located on Hotel Plaza Boulevard and offers 323 rooms just a short walk from Disney Springs.
This Official Walt Disney World Hotel includes free Wi-Fi, in-room Keurig coffee makers, microwaves, mini-refrigerators, a heated beach-entry pool, tropical outdoor whirlpool, 24-hour fitness center, 24-hour game room, Palm Breezes Restaurant and Lounge, and a grab-and-go location for snacks and coffee. Kids 11 and under may eat free with a paying adult, subject to the hotel’s terms and conditions.

Select rooms also offer Disney Springs views or fireworks views, which is a very pleasant way to end the night if you are the type of person who wants Disney ambiance without standing shoulder-to-shoulder in a fireworks crowd.
Renaissance Orlando Resort & Spa, Disney Springs Resort Area
Renaissance Orlando Resort & Spa is now part of the Disney Springs Resort Area Hotels lineup. The resort is located steps from Disney Springs and offers a more contemporary, polished hotel experience.

Guest rooms may include views of Central Florida, nearby theme parks, or nightly fireworks, and some rooms include bunk beds. Amenities include a zero-entry pool, pool bar, morning wellness classes, a full-service spa called Indulged Spa + Wellness Retreat, 24-hour fitness center, Kid Zone Game Room, on-site dining and bars, and 25,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting and event space.
Dining options include The Grove Cafe & Brew and American Kitchen Bar & Grill. This one is a strong fit for guests who want the Disney Springs location but also want their hotel to feel a little more “spa robe and craft cocktail” than “park bag explosion at 7AM.”
Wyndham Garden Lake Buena Vista — Disney Springs Area
Wyndham Garden Lake Buena Vista sits directly across the street from Disney Springs and offers 394 renovated guest rooms in two five-story buildings.

Perks of Disney Springs Area Resort Hotels
Early Theme Park Entry
Guests staying at Disney Springs Area Resort Hotels are eligible for Early Theme Park Entry, which allows registered guests of participating hotels to enter any of the four Walt Disney World theme parks 30 minutes before regular park opening each day.

This can be especially useful if you are hoping to knock out a popular attraction before the standby line starts looking like it has its own ZIP code. Valid theme park admission is required, and park reservations may be required depending on your admission type.
Shuttle Service
Disney Springs Area Resort Hotels offer shuttle transportation to Walt Disney World theme parks during normal operating hours.

Special Passport
Guests of Disney Springs Area Resort Hotels can receive access to an Exclusive Passport, a guide and savings booklet with offers for select Disney Springs restaurants, shops, and kiosks.

Offers can change, so check the most current version during your stay. But if you were already planning to eat, shop, or browse your way through Disney Springs, a discount booklet is not exactly a hard sell.
Disney Springs Location
The biggest practical perk of these hotels is the location. Each hotel is within walking distance of Disney Springs, giving guests easy access to more than 130 dining, shopping, and entertainment locations.

That means you can head to dinner, grab a treat, shop, see live entertainment, or panic-buy one more souvenir without necessarily calling a rideshare or moving your car. After a long park day, “walkable snacks” can feel like a full-blown luxury.
Golf Discounts
Guests at Disney Springs Area Resort Hotels may also have access to Walt Disney World golf benefits, including the ability to book tee times up to 90 days in advance and receive discounts on greens fees and rental equipment for Walt Disney World golf courses.

This is one of those perks that may not matter to every traveler, but if golf is part of your vacation, it is worth knowing before you book.
Lightning Lane Planning
Disney Springs Resort Area Hotel guests should also pay attention to Lightning Lane rules when planning their trip. Current Disney guidance separates Disney Resort hotel guests and certain other select hotels from all other guests for Lightning Lane purchase timing.

Because Lightning Lane rules can change and eligibility can vary, always confirm your booking window in the My Disney Experience app before your trip. This is not the place to freestyle unless you enjoy waking up early and losing to technology.
Good to Know Before You Book
Disney Springs Area Resort Hotels are Official Walt Disney World Hotels, but they are not Disney-owned Disney Resorts Collection hotels. That means some benefits overlap with Disney hotels, while others do not.

Before booking, compare the full cost carefully. Look at nightly rates, resort fees, parking fees, shuttle availability, room size, loyalty program perks, and how often you plan to visit Disney Springs. A lower room rate is lovely, but fees can sneak into the room total wearing tiny little villain capes.

For some guests, these hotels offer a great balance of location, amenities, and value. For others, a Disney-owned hotel may still make more sense. It all depends on your priorities, your transportation plan, and how much you value being able to walk to dinner at Disney Springs.
