Disney World is so much fun!

There are so many new things coming to the parks like a brand-new nighttime parade, new lands, and more! While we wait on the new things coming, we’re breaking down some of our favorite, and not-so-favorite, ways to enjoy the parks starting with the worst seats for every ride in Magic Kingdom.
Magic Kingdom was the first Disney park in Florida with that gorgeous castle icon right in the middle! There are 6 themed lands and dozens of rides that we truly adore. Not every ride is for every single person but there are several ways to make each ride a little bit better, and one of them is the seating!

We’re going to start off in Adventureland with the Jungle Cruise! If you’re seated in the middle seat for this boat ride, you’re in the worst seat. Sometimes you’re back to back with another person, you can’t turn around easily, and you have nothing to rest on easily.

For better views, the front right seat is our preferred if we can help it! Over at Magic Carpets of Aladdin, the back seat isn’t the most exciting spot to be in.

The back seat only lets you rock the carpets while the front seat lets you control how high or low you go. We prefer the seat of more power! Pirates of the Caribbean is next in the lineup.

The iconic boat ride is fun pretty much in any spot but if you’re in the front row or in the outermost seat on either side, you might want to expect to get a little wet. It doesn’t happen every time but be prepared! Over in Frontierland, we have Big Thunder Mountain Railroad.

Right now this outdoor roller coaster is closed until some time in 2026 but when it reopens, we want to avoid the middle rows! The front row gives you great, unobstructed views and the back row makes us feel like we’re going faster. Right next to Big Thunder, we have Tiana’s Bayou Adventure.

The log flume ride is going to vary when it comes to the best seats thanks to what you want from the ride. If you’re like me, the front row will be the worst thanks to how wet you get! If you’re looking to get soaked, the back row will be the worst for you because riders tend to stay more dry back there.

If you’re a Haunted Mansion fan, you’re in luck! There really isn’t a bad seat on this attraction thanks to the omnimover system. If you’re sitting three to a Doombuggy though, that middle spot isn’t super fun.

Right next to the Haunted Mansion, you’ll find the Liberty Belle Riverboat (which is a ride!) This relaxing attraction takes you around Tom Sawyer Island and the only bad seat is the lack of seating.

This ride doesn’t have a ton of seating but sadly, she won’t be available forever. Magic Kingdom is expecting a Cars land expansion which will be placed right in the center of Frontierland, replacing Tom Sawyer Island the the riverboat. While we’re still in mourning, let’s move on to Fantasyland!

Starting with “it’s a small world,” there isn’t a bad seat on this ride unless you have a headache or if you’re allergic to sweet songs that some might find annoying. (I’m picking on you, it’s okay if you don’t like the song.)

Across the pathway, you’ll find Peter Pan’s Flight! We adore this ride but not a single seat is great thanks to the danger that comes from the plastic ship sails above your head.

We have gotten many headaches by sitting down too quickly and whacking our heads on the sails so be cautious before flying off to Neverland. If you’re looking for an even more relaxing ride, Prince Charming’s Regal Carrousel is in the middle of Fantasyland.

The horses are all pretty equal at this attraction and somehow, the best and worst seat is the same! The outer ring of seats is great for fun views around Magic Kingdom but if you get motion sickness, you probably don’t want to look out while you spin.

Next up, Seven Dwarfs Mine Train‘s seats aren’t too controversial!

Like most roller coasters, the middle seat is the worst one! The front row on this ride offers really great views and a super smoother coaster experience. Over at The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh, the only bad seat on this ride is the back row if someone tall is sitting in front of you.

The Fantasyland rides keep on coming with Mad Tea Party taking the next spot on our list. There isn’t a bad seat on this ride unless you’re riding with me.

The iconic spinning ride is my absolute favorite so I do, at times, lose control and go faster than some people might enjoy. The best seat is one that you control the speed of. If controlling the spinning speed isn’t for you, you should check out Dumbo The Flying Elephant!

All of the seats on this attraction are equally bad in the middle of the day at the height of Summer! They’re also equally sweet and fun if you avoid those times. We’re finally breaking into Tomorrowland with Tomorrowland Speedway!

When I polled the team, Quincy said there isn’t a single good seat for this attraction during the day but at night, they’re all good. I tend to agree with her! Tron Lightcycle / Run in Tomorrowland has a bike-style seat so they’re all bad if they ride stalls.

The back seat is the best seat in our opinion thanks to the speed that comes with it but the front seat is also great for the launch at the beginning of the ride! You can’t go wrong here but just hope you don’t get stuck on the bike for too long. Space Mountain is really similar to the other coasters we’ve talked about today.

The bobsled-style coaster’s middle seats are the worst because of how you get jerked around when going up hills. The back seat is so much fun thanks to the speed and momentum as you head back down the mountain. Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger spin is next!

This is also an omnimover attraction similar to the Haunted Mansion but we think the right seat on the ride vehicle is a bit harder to hit targets from! Finally, the People Mover is the perfect attraction in our opinion.

It’s relaxing, you typically don’t have to squeeze to get in it, and we love it! Is it actually perfect? That’s up to you to decide but this writer is going to say yes.

There you have it! The best and worst seats for each attraction in Magic Kingdom. Don’t forget to keep following AllEars for all of your Disney tips and tricks!
