Flying to Disney World soon? We’ve got an update for you.

One of the most popular ways to get to the parks is by flying, typically through Orlando International Airport. It’s the quickest way to get to Florida for fans who live far away. It’s especially essential for those who live across the Atlantic Ocean! Luckily, one airline has added a new nonstop route so you’ve got even more options to choose from when traveling to Orlando.
Delta Airlines announced a new nonstop flight between Orlando and England, according to The Orlando Business Journal. In partnership with Virgin Atlantic, this flight will be available to London Heathrow Airport. London has many airports, however, this is Delta’s only direct service from Florida to the U.K.

The route begins on October 26th, 2024 with service running through March 29th, 2025.

Matteo Curcio, Delta’s senior vice president for Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India, said, “In partnership with Virgin Atlantic, our new route between Orlando and London seamlessly connects two diverse destinations, offering customers a wealth of experiences on both sides of the Atlantic. Floridians can explore London’s historic landmarks like Buckingham Palace and enjoy world-class dining, while Londoners can escape to the sunny beaches and world-famous attractions of Orlando.”

So whether you are living in the U.K. taking a trip to Disney World, or you’re a Disney World regular looking to visit the U.K., Delta just gave you an easy option to travel.
