A New Food Booth is Coming to EPCOT’s Festival of the Arts in 2021!

We really can’t get enough of the EPCOT festivals!

They’re a big part of what makes this park unique and we love all the amazing entertainment, fun activities, and delicious food that comes with them. While we’ve been currently enjoying the Festival of the Holidays, we’re definitely getting excited for EPCOT’s Festival of the Arts — coming in January 2021. Now, we’ve got another reason to be excited, because there’s going to be a new Food Studio!

Disney shared today that when the festival starts on January 8th, they’ll be introducing a new booth called Vibrante & Vívido Food Studio. This new studio will be located between the France and Morocco pavilions and will feature what sound like some very exotic and fun dishes!

The first item on the menu will be the chilled seafood cocktail with octopus, scallops, shrimp, black garlic aïoli, tomato coconut sauce and serrano lime oil. If that’s not your style, then maybe try the Blue Corn Pupusa stuffed with cheese and topped with shredded pork, guajillo and árbol chile sauce, cabbage slaw and aji amarillo crema.

Disney has already updated this information on the website as well, with the Food Studios description stating “Enjoy bright, fresh flavors in dishes both savory and sweet—like a passion fruit mousse or a chilled seafood cocktail. Pair your food with an island-inspired smoothie, piña colada or daiquiri.”
