Rise of the Resistance opens at Hollywood Studios on December 5th, and we are HYPED here at All Ears. What better way to celebrate the opening of one of the biggest attractions in Disney’s history than with some sweet new merch!
We’ve got details on the new shirts, toys, and pins coming with the attraction’s grand opening, including where to find them. Let’s take a look!
My favorite piece of merch dropping with the ride is that Escape Pod Playset. Inspired by the ride vehicle (complete with astromech pilot), it’ll be a perfect piece for your collection.
If you’re looking for something a bit more wearable, there’s a hoard of new shirts and hats dropping when the attraction launches.
Hats! Shirts! Tumblers! Open Edition Pins! They’ve got it all. Passholders can also get an exclusive new look.
However, like most Star Wars branded merchandise, it’s unlikely we’ll see this merch inside Galaxy’s Edge itself. So far, Disney has earmarked Once Upon a Time at Hollywood Studios as the docking bay for these new shirts and pins. It remains to be seen if anything will be added to Resistance Supply at Galaxy’s Edge itself!
The new merchandise drops December 5th at Hollywood Studios, just in time for the attraction’s opening. Disneyland guests can pick up some shirts on December 5th as well, but will have to wait until January 17th to grab the toys and pins!
