When it comes to visiting Walt Disney World, the AllEars team and I definitely have a lot of experience. Between us, we’re in the parks EVERY-SINGLE-DAY!
Over the years, that’s added up to a lot of time spent at the “Most Magical Place” on earth, and a lot of fun, incredible, unexpected, and sometimes even bizarre experiences.
Walking… A Lot of Walking
It’s no secret that a day at a Walt Disney World theme park features a lot of walking, and that a good pair of shoes is necessary. This is compounded by the fact that we’re often visiting several parks (as well as resorts and Disney Springs each day) as well as traversing said parks back and forth, all of which can lead to days of north of 40,000 steps!
Eating. So Much Eating.
We often have multiple foods a day from Disney’s quick and table service restaurants. This is amplified even further on EPCOT festival opening days when we’re sampling things from every single booth!
We’ve even had occasions where we’ve brought our own trays into the park to more easily carry dishes and drinks during a busy festival debut.
Working in the Parks!
While we do have several former Cast Members on our team, that’s not what I’m talking about. As much fun as visiting Disney’s theme parks is, there’s a ton of work that goes into having a job at AllEars, and that has sometimes included writing from the parks or joining team meetings on our smartphones or laptops!
Braving the Weather
Speaking of working hard, our coverage at the parks goes in any weather (as long as Disney deems it safe to have the parks open, of course). From summer heatwaves to unexpected cold snaps in the winter to torrential rainstorms and even the hours before an oncoming hurricane, we’ve been seen in the parks through any weather we can (safely) handle.
Tested Every Imaginable Disney Essential
Over the years, we’ve tried every possible Disney essential. Shoes (and shoe covers), ponchos, bags, portable chargers, hats, fans, first aid kits, ear holders, bag organizers, etc.
If it’s come out, we’ve tried it and given you our unvarnished opinion on whether it’s worth packing for your next trip.
Sampled All Kinds of Foods
Back to food, over the years, we’ve collectively tried pretty much any kind of snack and food you can imagine, even ones outside of our respective comfort zones. And speaking of new foods…
Eaten at the Same Restaurants Over and Over
So, every time a new menu item is added to a dining location — be it an ODV cart, a quick service location, or a table service restaurant — we try to bring a review of every new item to you as quickly as we can. Of course, that means eating at said location every single time a new item arrives, which — at least in some places — happens with regularity.
Ridden New (and Old) Attractions Over and Over Again
Restaurants aren’t the only part of Disney World we experience over and over again. Whenever a new attraction opens — or an old one is refurbished — we make sure to ride as many times as possible to catch every possible Easter Egg and reference.
Sometimes we do the same for older rides, which is how I end up with the theme from “it’s a small world” stuck in my head. (You’re welcome for it being stuck in yours now)

Worn Some WILD Outfits
Whether for Halloween or Disney Bounding, we’ve all taken our turn dressing up for a trip to the parks (all within Disney’s rules, of course).
Stayed at EVERY Disney World Hotel
Between all the members of the team, we’ve stayed at EVERY Disney World hotel — plus the on-property hotels not owned by Disney, good neighbor hotels, Universal Hotels, hotels at Disneyland, Aulani, international Disney parks and even the Disney Cruise Line). Suffice to say, if you’re looking for the best bed in the vicinity of a Disney Resort around the world, we can definitely point you in the right direction.
Spent Various Holidays in the Parks
Whether it’s Christmas, Thanksgiving, or New Year’s Eve, we always have someone in the parks to experience what they’re like — and often how crowded they are — on major Holidays.

So, how do you get to go to Disney World every day when the rest of us have to have a park reservation and can only reserve a handful at a time? Sounds a little fishy. The only thing I can think is that there are alot of your group going on individual days. The word “I” in the heading implies one person though, not more than one.
Hi Carol! We have a team of people who switch off which days they go, but we are in the parks every day as a collective. We make park reservations for our passes just like everyone else. 🙂
