Get out those Disney Christmas sweaters, because we’ve got some holiday news for you!

Yes, it’s a little early to be talking about Christmas, but this is Disney after all — and it’s never too early to start planning for those holiday trips to Disney World. If you’re intending on coming to Disney World during the festive season, you’re going to want to hear this! Disney has officially announced the dates for this year’s EPCOT Festival of the Holidays.
The EPCOT’s Festival of the Holidays is one of our favorite times of the year at Disney World. It’s filled with food, music, lights, and good cheer. The Festival of the Holidays in 2025 will be from November 28th to December 30th.

Disney has confirmed that several things will return to the festival, including the holiday kitchens (the food booths you see around the park). They’re so delicious and are worth going to the festival for by themselves. Just trying all the holiday foods from around the world is such an experience.

The holiday cookie stroll is back once again. If you weren’t able to complete it last year or the year before, now is your chance to hunt for cookies all over the park. Buy certain cookies listed and get stamps for them on your festival passport. Once you complete the task, you get a special surprise!

Stroll around the World Showcase Pavilions, and find out what their Christmas stories and traditions look like. You’ll run into Storytellers who will teach you all about certain holiday traditions and tales from their countries. You’ll also find special entertainment in the form of Christmas caroling by the Voices of Liberty over in the American Adventure. Maybe you’ll even see Santa!

It’s not the Festival of the Holidays without the beautiful Candlelight Processional. That will be back once again, as it’s basically the headliner for the festival. It’s a big reason many people go to EPCOT during the holiday season. This is a very popular festival activity where you can see celebrity narrators tell the story of Christmas with live music and a choir. We can’t wait to see who will be narrating the show this year!

We’re so excited for the festival — even though it’s still a ways away! For more Disney news and updates, be sure to stay tuned to AllEars!
