NEWS: Universal's Helios Grand Hotel at Epic Universe Is Opening EARLY

We’re getting closer and closer to the official opening of Epic Universe at Universal Orlando Resort and we can’t wait!

We’ve had a chance to explore the entire park a couple of times, plus have stayed at the new Stella Nova and Terra Luna hotels, too. We even got to tour the new Helios Grand in-park hotel coming to Epic Universe, and Universal just announced that hotel will be opening EARLY!

Universal has announced that the Helios Grand Hotel will be opening EARLY! This first-of-its-kind, in-park hotel was originally supposed to open up on May 22nd, 2025, along with the Epic Universe theme park itself, but now that has changed.

Folks will now be able to book this hotel for stays as early as April 16th! Once Epic Universe opens, guests of this hotel will be able to enjoy benefits like an exclusive entrance to the park and Early Park Admission to the park starting May 23rd!

Universal’s Helios Grand Hotel has been referred to as “the crown jewel of Epic Universe and the pinnacle of Universal Orlando’s hotel experiences,” so we’ve had high expectations for this swanky new resort. This hotel is made of up of 500 rooms, and the hotel is described as “a majestic Mediterranean-inspired escape rising above the lush gardens and scenic waters of Celestial Park at Epic Universe.”

There are SO many restaurants and amenities at this hotel including Flora Taverna, Aurora Market and Lotus Lagoon; a resort-style zero-entry pool, a hot tub and well-appointed poolside cabanas; fitness center, game room, and fan-favorite merch from the Universal Studios Store.
