The Disney Live Entertainment team will transform Hollywood Studios’ Sunset Showcase into “the mysterious, reflective realm of the Magic Mirror.” The show apparently will feature several appearances by infamous Disney evildoers, such as Captain Hook, Maleficient, and Cruella de Vil. The Villains have been teased to break through the glass as they take the stage for live production numbers.
The show is coming at the expense of another attraction, as it will replace Lightning McQueen’s Racing Academy, which has called the Sunset Showcase home since 2019.
