EPCOT’s Flower and Garden Festival is in full swing, and we’re loving it.
We love getting to try all the different outdoor kitchens, check out all the fun merchandise, and so much more. If you’re heading into the park to celebrate the festival soon, we found this festival snack hack that you NEED to know about!
If you head over to the Refreshment Outpost, there are three festival food options available:
- Seasonal Fruit Parfait with sweet chili sauce and DOLE Whip Mango
- Tangerine Soft-serve
- Ice Cream Float: Tangerine soft-serve and Barq’s Red Creme Soda
However, Breedlove had the genius idea to swap out the ice cream flavor in the ice cream float! He had DOLE Whip Mango mixed with the Barq’s Red Creme Soda to make his own unique float! It cost him $6.75, and it was INCREDIBLE.
While he did lose the cream soda flavor, that was ok with him, because the mango brings out more of those fruitier flavors in that particular soda. Which made it even more refreshing on a hot day! It reminded him a little of fruit punch, but even more so like a tropical treat. And as it melted, it became more like a smoothie. It was SO good that he highly recommends trying it!
There’s a lot to explore during this year’s festival, but that’s why we’re here! Not only were we at the festival on opening day, but we also revisit it consistently throughout the event to ensure we’re covering all the changes. Be sure to stay tuned to AllEars for all the latest and greatest Disney news!
These are the best things to try at this year’s Flower and Garden Festival!
