Although parts of EPCOT are still under construction, projects are slowly coming along! Recently, the Creations store opened its doors to guests looking for Disney merchandise, and Club Cool reopened with all new soda samples! (Don’t worry, the infamous Beverly is still available!)

That’s not all! A brand new nighttime spectacular officially replaced EPCOT Forever, and it’s called Harmonious. Harmonious takes place in the middle of the World Showcase Lagoon, so you can see it from any country. But when it comes to Harmonious, not all views are created equal.
Here are our favorite places to watch Harmonious to give you the best seat in the house!
Mexico
The Mexico pavilion is one of the first countries you’ll run into (on the left) when you enter the World Showcase from World Celebration, World Discovery, and World Nature, and it is also an ideal place to watch Harmonious!

When it comes to fireworks viewing, the main obstacles you want to avoid are TREES. Mexico is a safe bet because it’s pretty tree-free, so you don’t have to worry about any branches blocking your view.

If you want a more specific suggestion, we recommend standing next to the pair of trash cans a few feet away from the outdoor gift shop in Mexico!

Believe it or not, trash cans are the ideal fireworks viewing buddy, because they provide a guarantee that no one can stand in front of you (or right next to you). When the crowds pile in for Harmonious, you’ll be glad to have a buffer — trust us.
Norway
You’ll find Norway next door to Mexico. This is another great spot to watch Harmonious because you have an unobstructed view right before you see the trees across from the Norway pavilion.

Harmonious features several larger barges with giant LCD screens, so we recommend finding a place to stand where you have a clear view of a screen!
Canada
Canada is the first country you’ll find to your right when entering the World Showcase.

When you’re looking for a place to watch Harmonious, try standing to the left of the large boulder formations right in front of the Canadian fence.

Make sure to pick a location where everyone in your family will have room to stand; there’s nothing worse than cramming into a teeny tiny spot!

As long as you can avoid the trees, though, you should have a great view of the fireworks and the barges from Canada.
Rose & Crown
Rose & Crown is located in the UK Pavilion, and offers a spectacular view of Harmonious — for a price!

If you want guaranteed prime Harmonious seating, consider reserving a fireworks dining package a Rose & Crown for $89 per person.

The dining package gives guests access to reserved seating on the outside patio at Rose & Crown Dining Room overlooking World Showcase Lagoon. Keep in mind that you can’t really see the large center barge (the giant circle) from this view.
Showcase Plaza (between Port of Entry and Disney Traders)
Showcase Plaza is located directly across the water from the American Adventure pavilion and is pretty much the “front and center” place to watch Harmonious.

Just like the hub area in Magic Kingdom, Showcase Plaza tends to fill up pretty quickly. If you want a dead center view, you’ll probably have to stake out a spot ahead of time.

While this is a popular (and crowded) location, you get a fantastic wide view of the show, which is hard to come by in the World Showcase.

Honorable Mention: Italy
The Italy pavilion is another solid option if you’re on the other side of the World Showcase. As you can see, you’ve got a straight-on view of that side barge screen.

This isn’t our favorite place to watch the show, but you still have a nice view, and you can see the Spaceship Earth, too!
There are TONS of places to watch Harmonious, and we’ll be sure to keep testing new and different viewing locations around the World Showcase. In the meantime, be sure to stay tuned to AllEars for more Disney planning tips and tricks!
