Holiday Ride Overlays Will Return for Disney Very Merriest After Hours Event

We’re halfway to the holidays, and Disney World has been announcing several holiday happenings that will come to the parks for the most wonderful time of the year!

As part of the a new after-hours event, it’s been confirmed that we’ll see a return of holiday-themed overlays coming to rides and attractions in Disney World!

Disney World during the holiday season is even more magical than it normally is, with festive decorations, holiday treats and snacks, and themed entertainment around the parks!

This year, for the Disney Very Merriest After Hours event, several rides in Disney World are going to get a holiday-themed makeover! While Disney didn’t specify which rides will be getting a holiday makeover, in the past we’ve seen holiday overlays come to rides such as Jungle Cruise, Space Mountain, Mad Tea Party, and Tomorrowland Speedway.

The festive themes for the rides will be available as part of the Disney Very Merriest After Hours event, which takes place in Magic Kingdom after the park’s normal hours!

Cinderella Castle Projections will return to the Disney Very Merriest After Hours event!

Disney hasn’t released a list of the rides that will be getting a holiday makeover for the after-hours event, but stay tuned with AllEars and we’ll keep you updated!
