Disney World Surveying Guests on FastPass+, Vaccines, and More!

Every now and then, guests can expect to receive a short survey from Disney World that asks questions about their previous visit. However, guests have also been sent surveys recently about upcoming vacations that have been booked!

Thanks to reader Dustin R., we can take a look at a recent survey that was sent out to guests, which asked several questions about their upcoming vacation!

In addition to several basic survey questions regarding the guest’s demographics, Disney is currently polling respondents on questions like their planned mode of transportation to and around Disney World. Remember that as of January 1st, 2022, Disney’s Magical Express will be discontinued.

Guests are also asked about available reservations and if they were able to secure and complete the reservations they desired.

Guests were asked about the current health and safety protocol around the resort area, including which measurements influenced them on being fully committed to their resort reservation.

In addition to health and safety protocols, guests were asked which park experiences influenced them to commit to their resort reservation, such as Mobile Order or the Park Pass Reservation system.

Other responses Disney provided as reasons for what could have influenced a guest’s decision to book a reservation included character meet and greets, FastPass+, and Extra Magic Hours being temporarily suspended.

Disney is also polling guests about some of the reasons and influences as to why they are choosing to visit Disney World, including recommendations from family and friends or anticipating lower crowd levels.

Other reasons Disney is providing as possible responses for choosing to visit in 2022 include wanting to experience Disney World’s 50th Anniversary Celebration, availability of the COVID-19 vaccine, the belief that there will be fewer health and safety risks at that time, or personal reasons such as celebrations, or simply that it works with their schedule.

These surveys could help inform Disney World about guest expectations and interests in the coming months, as well as helping them to anticipate demand! We’ll keep our eyes peeled for any additional surveys that come our way!
