This is the perfect resort in our families opinion, the location is great being a short walk from epcot and having multiple different transport options for other parks, the pool is amazing stormalong bay is such a great pool, and the rooms in our experience have been great.

Just back from 2 weeks at BCV. 1 bedroom villa. The redo is nicely done. We love the murphy bed option. The bathtub, W/D, kitchen. All the pluses of the 1 bedroom. Our room was not ready on arrival at 11am. It wasn't ready at 4pm. It wasn't ready till 5:30. Cause DVC takes time. After 3 visits to the desk. I found out we where not getting any pool view which is what I assummed I was waiting for {our request}. They didn't even know we had a request? They also seemed to think they where out of 1 bedrooms at this time. Also appartently you are also supposed to be given a lil priority if paying disney cash and not associated with DVC in any manner. Which we where. Finally "something" opened up when I said I am smelling an upgrade > They found a perfectly wonderful room on the 3rd floor. Great balcony and view of pool. Yes a bit far from main building but close to parking lot always a plus. The pool elevator near our room was broke and unable to use. I checked everyday on work of this elevator > They kept saying its in progress. I told them our room is right there, no I'm and other guest are the only ones near it. No work. They finally fixed it about 6 days later and in a few minutes. Think they got tired of me. However; none of these issues really bothered us. What did was housekeeping. When they came the 1 day and cleaned they where great. nice job. it was the fight to get them to come and stop calling us saying you have your sign up so no Housekeeping needed? We where gone for hours constantly and the minute you came back> oh your here we can't clean? I started recogonizing the women Castmember on the phone. She ask how are you today after 5 days I said you don't want that answer. We have been gone over 8 hrs went at rope drop > and now you haven't been here??? I said at this point just bring me towels and pick up garbage. The supervisor and 2 assistants showed up I handed her the garbage. I didn't ask for her nor wanted an ordeal She asked me what I wanted I said I just want someone to do their job. I do mine at work and expected the same. Well first they thought we where DVC I said then are you going to refund the $$ I think about $40 / day for HK? which I haven't gotten. She looked surprised. {i wasn't serious}. I just want it done when we are gone. Well she did her job and it was Prestine and done everyday after and on time. Only other issue is BC and BCV now have adopted the smell of perfume [I believe Norway's] which set off our asthma as an allergy, nice but we both got sick. All in all it was agreat room and we did have a good time. But prices are high and you should be getting a great deal for that kind of money / prices

Location, location, location Pools 1 bedroom is lovely and well done parking lots security at gates transportation kitchen, tub, washer and dryer old tv stations > our room did not have the interactive tv and guides. I kinda prefer the old schoolCons:
HOUSEKEEPING building repairs IE: elevators The bathroom tub. Being a claw style and up on the old whirlpool base its quiet high up & You have nowhere to put any towels nearby, any soaps with the tiny shelf by the facet is it. We made a makeshift table with the garbage can. Also they took out the shelf in the bathroom [with tub] by the sink for hair products. We stayed the BCV from 4/20 to 4/27/23. This was our first time staying at this resort and has been on our bucket list for a while. We stayed in a dedicated two bedroom on the third floor which was not renovated at that time. Our party size was 4 adults and 2 teenage girls. The grandparents slept in the main bedroom while my wife and I slept in the second bedroom in one bed, the youngest slept in the second bed while the oldest slept on the pull out couch in the living room. The space was great and everyone had their own bed to sleep in. You could see Spaceship Earth from our balcony, the room was clean but was definitely showing its age. We had stayed one night at Art of Animation the night before and bell service took our luggage from AOA and moved them to the BCV in time for our check in which was about 3:30pm. We love being minutes away from Epcot, we walked over to World Showcase almost every evening for dinner. The pool was a big hit with the kids and we did a pool day with a cabana which was terrific.
Pros:
Big clean rooms with plenty of space for 6 people. Stormalong Bay pool is awesome and even the quiet pool was great for quick dips. Just a few minutes to Epcot and Boardwalk is fantastic.Cons:

My first stay at The Beach Club Villas! The best location for me to take advantage of The Food & Wine Festival offerings from Oct.25-Nov.1. The walk from the hotel took just minutes. Nice room-I liked having a couch to nap on in the afternoons between my morning outing and evening at Epcot. Cast members were very friendly in the lobby and the Marketplace. I watched them assembling the gingerbread carousel one afternoon. Wish I could have seen the finished product. The weather was extremely hot during my vacation week and the hotel's location was perfect for an air-conditioned break between daily adventures. Access to the skyway for the Studios was great and the bus service to MK and AK was good, never had to wait very long for a bus. I spend most of my WDW vacation at Epcot and this hotel was an absolute winner with me.

Stayed here the last night of vacation in a studio mainly so the kids could enjoy the pool. We had a really nice room overlooking the quiet pool and water. Our balcony was large since we were in a corner room which I sat on and watched the storm. The room was comfortable and clean, nothing remarkable. The pool was fun but the kids (7,8) were too scared to try the water slide. The kids loved the sand and the whirlpool the best. The poolside food was fine for the kids, and having a refillable station was great. The location is the best, we walked right in to Epcot and rode Remy with no wait on our last day. The sky liner is so convenient and just steps away from the hotel. I walked to the boardwalk to get yummy snacks as I watched the Epcot fireworks which were beautiful to see. Having 5 hotels in walking distance opens up a lot of choices for dining and activities. This is a hard hotel to book at the 7 month window, i was thankful I got one night.

Location to Epcot, DHS, hotels, and sky liner. Boat transfers are a great option. Tons of food choices in the area. Pool is large and different than others.Cons:

you can't beat the number of steps! This is the closest you can get to any park and that park is Epcot! Easy access to festivals and an evening drink in The World. Also easy access to clubs and restaurants of The Boardwalk and Swan & Dolphin. This is the best resort for a grown up girls trip!

Location is the best for access to Epcot which is where we go for dinner and October food feast.
Pros:
Glad they got rid of the whirlpool tubs, very annoying when you are the room below and here the hum of the motors. The new Gondola system is “close” if you use the back way, but we still found the boat was the best way to HW Studios. Pool is still the best in the Reports short of Typhoon Lagoon.Cons:
Beaches and Cream is not yet open, they do have ice cream in Ariel’s but no massive kitchen sink, you can get two mini Kitchen Sinks which are basically expanded banana splits. Nice game area for the kids while you wait.Reviewed by poolman Review Date: 08/24/2019

I stayed here with my DD 8/19-8/21. Standard view Studio first floor. After hearing people rave about BCV I wanted to see for myself.
The room was clean and well maintained. The location of DVC Building in relationship to the BCI makes me think the BCV were an after thought.
I don't see myself staying at BCV again.
Pros:
The only pluses are Stormalong Bay and a location close to EPCOT.Cons:

We had a standard studio booked and because of a mix up with reservation we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom villa. It was absolutely gorgeous, so much room for 6 of us. Very clean and nicely decorated. The bathrooms and bedrooms were large and there was lots of space for everything for our 5 night stay. The balcony was huge and view was gorgeous! Mousekeeping delivered us extra towels, soap etc whenever we requested. Beds were extremely comfortable.
