In 2016 we could not attain a dinner reservation so I settled for lunch for our family of 8. We just wanted to see inside BOG and we weren't disappointed. The decor is amazing and our lunches were delicious and portions were large.
Pros:
We all enjoyed the atmosphere The food was very good. I'm glad we made the lunch reservation so we could see inside.Cons:
As it was busy, it was a little noisy.Reviewed by janiceb402 Review Date: 09/26/2018

This is marketed as a counter service restaurant. Yes, you do stand in line to order and you have to grab your own silverware, but they bring to food to you at your table. I think the quality of the food is really good for both breakfast and lunch. There are 3 dining rooms and they are all decorated nicely. The east room is the darkest room where there is a portrait if the Beast/Price and it would be fun to eat there - but most everybody else feels the same way and I've never been able to get a table there. However, you can go in a look around after you've finished your meal elsewhere. Large restrooms on the way out are also a bonus.
Pros:
good food, fun atmosphere, nearly table serviceCons:

I love the food here, so much better than any other counter service for lunch. The dining rooms are beautifully decorated.
Pros:
Reasonably price meals, and it's not the typical counter service fare. Desserts are wonderful, too.Cons:
Noisy, hectic, hard to find a clean table.Reviewed by Anonymous Review Date: 09/26/2018

Favorite counter service. We loved the food! We got the French dip a nice change from burgers And refillable drinks! Don’t forget to get the masters cupcake and yes! It’s worth the hype. It is on the small side compared to other Disney cupcakes but after a big lunch it ends up being perfect! Beautiful theming makes you feel like you’re in Beasts castle.
Pros:
Good food! Beautiful themesCons:

Not a big fan of theme park food but the fair here was great. That means a lot as I'm from the south and we know good food.
Pros:
Tasty and great theming.Cons:

One of our absolute favorite places to eat in any of the parks. If you have the dining plan it is hands-down the one of the best places to optimize your quick-service credits. If you don't have the dining plan, then go and share the braised pork...it's worth it! The atmosphere and service for quick-service lunch is unbeatable and worth making the reservation for!
Pros:
Food, atmosphere, serviceCons:

We were a party of five, but could only get reservations for two and felt lucky to even be able to get those. When we arrived and were making arrangements for meeting up again after the meal, a cast member didn't want to see our party have to split up so ushered us in and helped us with the ordering process. It was an excellent experience.
Pros:
the attractiveness of the restaurant, the price is realsonableCons:

Had lunch here and had the turkey sandwich. It was so salty I couldn't even eat it! I ended up eating nothing. I could have tried to exchange it but I was so disappointed in it. I have eaten here before and had the beef sandwich which was much better.
Pros:
Great atmosphere – especially if you were able to sit by the falling snow!Cons:

We were very excited to score a last minute lunch reservation here! The wait once we were called was probably about 15 minutes. Ordering was fairly easy and we had an excellent cast member who explained the process nicely. The environment was pure magic! I kept expecting to see Belle waltz out at any moment. I literally smiled the entire time. Our food was tasty, but rather overpriced. My husband and I agreed we were paying for the experience. I had the French onion soup and quinoa salad. Both were excellent! My husband had the braised pork and said it was very tasty. For dessert we tried the Masters cupcake with the grey stuff and it was delicious, but nothing super special. We also had a triple chocolate cupcakes which was very good.
