Today we got a new look into the future of Star Wars: Galactic Starcruiser, the Star Wars-themed resort coming to Walt Disney World!
We received some more updates about what we can expect from Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge like new lightsabers and new toys. Plus, Disney shared that there will be a new droid joining the galaxy!
The Droid Depot in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is a place where Jedis come from near and far to build their own customizable droids.
It was just announced from the Disney Parks Merchandise Team that a new droid will be joining the other R series and BB series droids! Meet CB-23!
This is a BB-unit (similar to our pal BB-8) that is remote-controlled and will feature an exclusive personality chip. This droid is for the Resistance and is works to defeat the First Order!
This new droid will be available in Disney’s Hollywood Studios beginning tomorrow, November 17th! This might just be the droid you’re looking for! Plus, Disney also mentioned that certain merchandise from the Droid Depot will be coming to shopDisney in January, 2021!
