Disney's Oogie Boogie Bash Is Getting a Haunted Mansion Street Party and That Alone Might Be Worth the Ticket

Disneyland Resort just revealed its special offerings for Halloween season, and there’s going to be a LOT to check out!

Of course, we’re particularly excited about the return of Oogie Boogie Bash, and this year, it’s coming with some NEW entertainment. Haunted Mansion fans — listen up!

Premiering this year at Oogie Boogie Bash is Madame Leota’s Swinging Wake – A Haunted Mansion Street Party. Disney notes that this new live entertainment offering will “bring familiar and iconic moments from the Haunted Mansion to the streets of California Adventure.”

It’s a new street party featuring many iconic characters from the Haunted Mansion, including Madame Leota herself. It will have multiple “show-stopping moments” where Madame Leota can conduct her seance and ghosts will dance in a swinging wake. The concept art shows several key moments from the ride.

We can’t wait to check this out ourselves when the party kicks off! Oogie Boogie Bash will run on select dates from August 18th through October 31st, and tickets will go on sale to the general public on June 18th, with early releases for Magic Key holders. Going to Oogie Boogie Bash and seeing this street party requires a separate party-specific ticket (you won’t be able to experience Oogie Boogie Bash with just a daytime ticket to California Adventure).

Oogie Boogie Bash also offers other exclusive entertainment options, including a special parade and treat trails with rare Disney Villains present. It’s a great time for anyone who wants to experience a bit of Halloween fun!
