NEWS: Scare Zone REVEALED for Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Orlando

It’s about to get spooky in Orlando because Halloween Horror Nights is returning to Universal!

We’re already terrified just thinking about the haunted houses at this year’s event, and Universal has started sharing details about the scare zones coming, too. Speaking of which — another scare zone was just announced!

Get ready for this next scare zone announcement! Masquerade: Dance with Death is coming to Halloween Horror Nights 2025.

Universal describes this scare zone as, “You’re invited to a masquerade ball where bloodthirsty vampires lurk behind ornate disguises. When their masks fall, you’ll become their prey.” We love a vampire moment so we can’t wait to check this one out once Halloween Horror Nights kicks off.

The Origins of Horror is a new scare zone coming to Halloween Horror Nights later this year! You’ll enter a decaying conservatory of twisted vines where artists carve tributes to Halloween Horror Nights 34. Beware! You will encounter monstrous crows, gargoyles, and more.

Halloween Horror Nights runs on select nights from August 29th to November 2nd, 2025. Tickets are on sale now, so don’t miss out!
