We know how it goes: you’re planning a Disney World trip and are trying to decide if purchasing Lightning Lane Multi Pass is right for you.

Or, maybe you’ve already decided to purchase Multi Pass and need to figure out which Lightning Lanes you need to prioritize in each park. Lucky for you, that’s what we’re here for! We’ve done the work so you don’t have to and we’re showing you which Lightning Lanes sell out the fastest on average in Disney World.
Ever since the Disney Genie+ service became Lightning Lane Multi Pass, we’ve been keeping an eye on which Lightning Lanes sell out the fastest in the parks on average. This can be super helpful when you’re planning your trip so you can know which Lightning Lanes you need to prioritize depending on when you visit.

We took a look at data from over the past month — December 2024 — to get an idea of which Lightning Lanes sold out first. Keep in mind that this is one of the busiest times at Disney World all year, but it’s still a pretty good representation of which rides you can expect to be unavailable first.
In the charts below, you’ll see the average “sold out” time for each Lightning Lane (labeled as “Finish Time”) along with the ride name. Let’s get into it!

Over at Animal Kingdom, it’s probably no surprise that out of the Multi Pass ride options, Expedition Everest sold out the fastest at 9:08AM. DINOSAUR followed not too long after at 10:55AM and It’s Tough To Be a Bug surprisingly sold out by 7:02PM. This could be because the show is set to close and become a new Zootopia show, so folks are trying to fit in one last viewing!

At EPCOT, Remy’s Ratatouille Adventure ended up selling out first at 9:23AM on average. Most other rides that sold out didn’t end up doing so until the evening, except for Turtle Talk with Crush which was unavailable by 3:09PM on average.

Moving on to Hollywood Studios, we saw Toy Story Mania sell out the fastest on average at 5:22AM with Tower of Terror close behind at 5:25AM — just three minutes later.

And finally, at Magic Kingdom, Tiana’s Bayou Adventure — the newest ride in the park — was the first ride to sell out on average at 5:41AM each day. Jungle Cruise (which was operating as Jingle Cruise) sold out next at 1:33PM on average, with most other sold out rides occurring later in the evening.

While this information can certainly be helpful in planning your trip, take it with a grain of salt. It can be hard to predict what sort of crowds and wait times you may be up against, but hopefully, this will help you get a better idea of which Lightning Lane Multi Pass rides to prioritize!
