Over the years, the Walt Disney Company has accumulated several other entertainment entities.
The company bought Star Wars, Hulu, Marvel, and more. With the purchase of 20th Century Fox, Disney bought a large catalog of intellectual property, shows, and movies. That deal even included the ever-popular town of Springfield and characters in the show The Simpsons, which makes us wonder, would you like to meet The Simpsons and visit Springfield at a Disney park? Turns out Disney wants to know in a new survey!
Disney acquired 20th Century Fox in 2019 as part of a $71 billion deal. This deal included the show The Simpsons, but it did not impede on the contract between Fox and Universal, which grants exclusive rights to The Simpsons for use in its theme parks until 2028.
Now, however, according to the Orange County Register, Disney has recently sent out surveys asking fans if they would like to see themed lands, attractions, and meet-and-greets based on The Simpsons in the U.S. Disney theme parks. Many fans have wondered if we would ever see the Simpson family make an appearance in the Disney parks since the purchase of the hit show.
The only time The Simpsons have come close to a Disney park so far was at the 2019 D23 Expo in Anaheim, CA. Now that Disney is sending out surveys asking guests and fans if they would like to see this family, themed lands, and attractions, it may become a reality that The Simpsons join Disneyland and/or Disney World.
For now, you can see Springfield, the Simpson family, and other icons from the show on both U.S. coasts at Universal Studios Hollywood and Universal Orlando Resort.

Would you like to see The Simpsons come to Disney parks? Let us know in the comments!
No. Absolutely NOT a fan.
No thank you. Let Universal keep that.
I wouldn’t mind seeing the Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater altered to play a rotation of Simpsons clips.
