Disney’s Hollywood Studios is the park with all the glitz and glam!
You’ll find Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, Toy Story Land, Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster, Tower of Terror, Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway, Indiana Jones Epic Stunt Spectacular, Frozen Sing-Along Celebration, and so much more at this Disney World park. Hollywood Studios has recently gotten some new attractions and is set to receive an all-new Monsters Inc. land. Since there’s so much going on at the park, we thought of a few NEW unspoken rules for Hollywood Studios that we thought we would share with you!
Don’t Touch Grogu
Grogu, a.k.a. Baby Yoda, can be found wandering around Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge with The Mandalorian.
Grogu is adorable and can interact with Mando and guests, which makes him really enticing to touch. I mean, who doesn’t want to pinch those cute, adorable little cheeks?! However, please do NOT touch Grogu while he and Mando are out and about.
Grogu is a very fancy animatronic that should only be handled by Disney Cast Members and the Mandalorian, so as much as we may want to touch him and give him hugs, please just let Mando take care of him.
Go to the Live Action Little Mermaid Meet-and-Greet
There’s a meet-and-greet hiding at Hollywood Studios that we worry people don’t know about. The Live Action Ariel arrived at Walt Disney Presents a little while ago, but it’s often missed.
She meets there daily, and it is totally worth the visit! She’ll visit with you and tell you all sorts of tales if you ask her. So check out your Disney World app for specific times she meeting on the days you’re in Hollywood Studios.
Go to Hollywood Studios for Christmas
Have you been to Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party and are now getting a little tired of the same holiday party year after year? If so, we suggest checking out Jollywood Nights at Hollywood Studios!
Jollywood Nights were brand new in 2023, and they will be returning in 2024! This is a fun-filled night of glitz and glam while you rock around the Christmas tree. There’s entertainment, food, and rides at these specially ticketed events. So if you want to try something new for the holidays this year, check out Jollywood Nights!
Go See Muppet*Vision 3D as Much as You Can… Just In Case
Disney announced a new Monsters Inc. land coming to Hollywood Studios, and there has been speculation that it could take over Muppet Courtyard (the area of the park dedicated to the Muppets). This has not been confirmed by Disney, but many fans are worried that the Muppets and Muppet*Vision 3D will be removed from the park.
Just in case this does get confirmed by Disney (which it is not yet), we’ll be watching Muppet*Vision 3D over and over to get our fill of the funny show. Muppet fans, you might want to join us in the theater.
Disney’s Hollywood Studios is one of our favorite parks! It offers lots to do and has most of Disney World’s thrill rides. This is especially a fun park for anyone who is a fan of movies. So head over to Hollywood Studios to enjoy the lights, cameras, and action!
