This summer has been a wet one, with plenty of storms and rainfall. August, especially, brought with it quite a bit of showers. During our struggle with the weather, we found a Disney World essential that worked so well, we couldn’t wait to share it with you!
We typically recommend wearing ponchos to prevent rain and water rides from dampening and ruining your clothes, but the need for ponchos only grows larger in rainy months like the August we’ve had.
We’ve had a wide range of experiences with all kinds of ponchos, but we’re happy to report that the FROGG TOGGS Rain Poncho did NOT let us down!
In short, the poncho really impressed Emma. Billed as waterproof and breathable, we can vouch for those claims. The material is something akin to a rain tarp which makes the rain fall off so easily and we were surprised how quickly it dries!
This poncho really is breathable. She never felt too hot wearing it and always felt protected. It was also large enough to fit a big backpack under it while maintaining comfort and we always felt our belongings were safe underneath.
