A Word of WARNING if You’re Headed to Disney’s Hollywood Studios in June

If you’re planning a trip to Disney World in June, you’ll want to listen up!

It’s important to us that you get all the latest and most up-to-date info, so when you’re planning you know exactly what’s going on in each of the parks. That’s why this update will be pertinent if you’re hoping to be in Disney’s Hollywood Studios on June 5th!

According to Disney World’s website, Disney’s Hollywood Studios will be closing early on June 5th, 2024 at 5:30 PM. Typically, we see this park open until around 9 PM. So if you’re making it to Hollywood Studios that day, we suggest having some other evening plans — maybe hopping over to EPCOT!

It seems that a local convention will be having a celebration that evening and have bought out the park from 7:30 PM to 11 PM. This means the park will need to close to ensure that everything is ready to roll for the evening event.

We suggest having a backup plan for that evening. A dinner at a resort, park hopping to one of the other parks, or having a chill evening swimming back at your hotel are all good options. This early closure might also be a reason for you to avoid Hollywood Studios that day — entirely your preference! Just remember that this will be the case, so don’t be caught off guard.
