PHOTOS: Our Jaws DROPPED When We Saw This Chalk Art in EPCOT

The EPCOT Festival of the Arts is in full swing right now, and there is just SO much to do.

Of course, there’s a TON of food at the food booths to try out, but there’s also some great Disney on Broadway entertainment, a fun Figment-themed scavenger hunt, cool art-inspired photo ops, and more. But one of our favorite things to check out at the festival may just be the chalk art.

Forget the Figment Popcorn Bucket, we’re here for the art — and we saw a piece of 3D Chalk Art today that was truly out of this world (or maybe, out of this galaxy). It’s chalk art of Groot, one of Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy. And he looks as if he’s stepping right out of the sidewalk as the chalk artist, Nate Baranowski, is working on him.

Look at all those amazing details — this is one we’ll have to come back to later once it’s finished to get a photo with. And we love the little flower in Groot’s hand, too, that makes it look like his arm is coming right out of the art to hand it to us.
