Decent French Cuisine,
I had the French onion soup, the beef bullion and the apple tart with q French beer.
the French Onion soup was alright, lots of cheese on top, the beef bullion was bland with a thick gravy and plain pasta, the apple tart was the only good part of the meal.
If you don't have exotic taste buds and enjoy fancy French food then this is the place for you.

We arrived early and were quickly taken to our table to be greeted by our friendly waiter. After drinks we all selected the prix fixe menu...French Onion soup, beef and dessert. We asked twice for more bread that came in a bag as it was not enough for our party of four. The soup was hot but a bit salty. The beef was very fatty and cold. The chocolate ice cream for dessert was very soft. Other members in my party did enjoy their apple tart, crème brulee, and chocolate cake. I would not recommend this restaurant.

I thoroughly enjoyed Chefs de France. It was a pretty good experience from start to finish. The server was so friendly, even though we had a bit of a language issue. It might have been our Southern accents which threw things off a bit, but we seemed to get around it by simply pointing at the menu and ordering in that fashion. The food was excellent, with one tiny exception. My French onion soup was a bit on the salty side. It was still yummy, but the salt level was higher than I'm accustomed to. The salmon was delicious, the desserts were amazing. Our reservations were at 7:20, and by the time we walked out the door Illuminations was about to start, so 7 or so is an ideal time to enjoy dinner and walk straight into a spectacular fireworks show. All in all a great night. I highly recommend this place!

Ate her 9/23 spent the day at HS then walked over to Epcot which is about a 15 min walk. It had started to sprinkle a little as we checked in and was taken immediately. The restaurant was empty at 4:30. Our waiter came quickly and we ordered drinks. My ds girlfriend has nut allergy which we told waiter. We were also celebrating anniversary and ms son bday. This was our 2nd time eating here and really love the atmosphere. It is pretty and romantic. We ordered steaks and seafood. We also ordered french onion soup, lobster bisque and bacon salads first. Everything was delicious. Chef came out and talked to girlfriend about allergy and gave her all food options available. She chose steak but didn't want green beans so they gave her extra scalloped potatoes which is what I wish I did. They were tasty. They came and sang happy bd to my son and we all ordered desserts. It was a joyful meal and will always keep this in mind when returning. We are DVC & AP members so visit frequently and want to try places haven't eaten yet. Kudos to the waitstaff as sometimes they get a bad rap and not being nice and we have never encountered this here....

We dined here on August 13 to celebrate my birthday. Our waiter, Sebastian, was wonderful helping us with our wine choice and offering food
suggestions. My sister and I opted for the prix fixe meal and my niece opted for an entree while sharing our appetizers and desserts. We love the bread here and the lobster bisque and salad were delicious. Everyone was pleased with their beef, chicken and salmon. The French desserts can't be beat. The prix fixe option is a great way to experience an authentic French meal and save a few dollars. And if you are lucky enough to have Sebastian as your waiter, you will be well taken care of. Chefs de France is one of our favorite restaurants.

We got a beautiful table by the window to celebrate my 60th birthday! Husband started with Onion soup, which he loved and then we both had the Lasagnes de legumes, that was delicious. A crew of cast members sang Happy Birthday in French to me over fabulous desserts. A very special meal.

This has become an annual must-do for us. My dad and I each had the filet with the sauce on the side. The filet tasted great, but the green beans that were served with it were overcooked/wilted - normally they are very fresh and tasty, but not this time. My mom had the braised beef ribs and loved them. We skipped dessert this time because we were too full.
Pros:
Loved the filet and braised short ribs; excellent serviceCons:

The food was great but I really have to praise the service. My niece became very ill while at the restaurant and the manager and custodial staff were wonderful. I especially appreciated the fantastic service of our waitress Sandrine.

Although we have been to Epcot many times, this was our first time eating at Les Chefs de France.
Our server was very friendly and helpful and our meal was delicious. My husband ordered the lobster bisque, and probably would have licked the bowl if I would have let him.
My steak was cooked just how I like it and I got to have meringue for desert, which is always a winner for me!
There are plenty of choices even for a more finicky eater.

We visited on our trip 1/30-2/10 one night for dinner. My son has a knee problem that was acting up. Our adr was for 630but we were in France about 5pm. I explained to the hostess he was in pain and if there was any chance we could get in earlier so we could eat and leave for the day. She said absolutely ad to have a seat. They were calling people in left and right and we were called probably between 5-10 minutes at most. We were given a table by the window. We were brought a baguette. So hard but its a baguette. I'm not one for crusty bread so not an issue. She brought a second one out although we didn't ask. We did the prix fix menu. 2 fr. Onion soup, 1bacon salad. The salad was quite large. The soup I thought was good. Ds thinks he likes it until it arrives so he picked at it at best. He ordered escargot and still loves it. He got mac and cheese, we got the coq au vin style beef with polenta. It was ok but I don't have to get it again.
For dessert we had 2creme brulees and ? Best things to order escargot, bacon salad and crème brulee.
