NEWS: Swedish Chef Themed Snack Stand Coming To Disney’s Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets

We are so close to the opening date of Rock ‘n’ Rollercoaster Starring The Muppets at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and we’re getting more and more excited by the day.

The new version of the iconic rollercoaster opens on May 26th, as the Muppets officially take over G-Force Records. We’ve been checking in on the ride for updates every single day, and Disney just dropped some huge news! Did someone say Muppets-themed snacks?!

Disney just announced that there will be a new snack stand called FØØD by Swedish Chef opening alongside the ride! This new snack stand will take over where KRNR was, with a refreshed look and updated menu featuring all-new snacks and drinks.

Disney hasn’t dropped any other news other than the name, and that it was coming, so we do not have a look at the menu just yet. From the image that Disney shared, it looks like one of the snacks will be a unique twist on the churro. It has sprinkles and what seems to be a chocolate dipping sauce. We can’t really make out what else this has.

The new spot will be ready and open on May 26th, along with the Rock ‘n’ Rollercoaster Starring The Muppets. So, you already know we’re going to test out some snacks immediately after we get off the ride. Expect a full review from us!

Disney World Annual Passholders have the chance to check out the ride EARLY with Passholder previews, which are on May 21st, 22nd, and 23rd. You will have to join a virtual queue to get a chance at riding, which is open three times throughout the day, at 7 AM, 11 AM, and 3 PM. So, make sure to mark your calendars and set your alarms!
