Universal Just Revealed a NEW Sneak Peek of Halloween Horror Nights INSIDE the Park!

It’s almost August, and for us Halloween fans in Orlando, that means you know that spooky season is right around the corner!

Halloween Horror Nights

In both Disney World and Universal Orlando, Halloween events will kick off in August, but they couldn’t be more different from each other. If you’re looking forward to Halloween Horror Nights this year, we’re right there with you — and the best part? Heading to Universal Studios right now means you can get a sneak peek at the setup for the event this year!

The first thing we noticed is that Palace Arcade is currently closed. Our theory is that this area is being set up for HHN, but we’ll have to wait and see!

Will this be part of a scare zone this year?

We also noticed that many scarezone props and stages were already set up in the Hollywood section of the park, as well as the stretch beside Central Park, leading towards DreamWorks Land. The stained glass mixed with the broken boards and jagged glass is totally setting the scene for a SCARY setup.

Tons of scare zones!

There are also a few lighting rigs up in both the Hollywood and San Francisco areas of the park. EEP! This is making us SO excited!

Lighting Rigs are up too!

We haven’t seen any signs of a tribute store or other scarezone evidence in Production Central, Minion Land, New York, or World Expo yet, but we’ll keep our eyes peeled!

We can’t wait to experience this all soon!

For the time being, we’re looking forward to seeing more and more of these sets begin their setup, because we’re always down for a sneak peek. The separately ticketed event will run on select nights from August 19th to November 2nd.
