Disney Releases NEW Interactive Souvenir in Magic Kingdom

Disney Starlight is making a surprise soft opening appearance TONIGHT, July 18th! Do you know what that means?

A lot of tears? You’re not wrong, yes, it does mean that, but it ALSO means that the new merchandise we saw a few months ago for the new nighttime parade? It’s becoming available right now, and we CANNOT wait to see how this particular souvenir interacts with the show!

The new Disney Starlight Bubble Light Wand isn’t just a light-up bubble wand (despite the name) — it’s so much more. It’s a new interactive toy your kids just may become obsessed with, so watch out.

The Disney Starlight logo is front and center on the handle of the wand, which looks like Mickey’s glove is holding up the actual wand. The wand itself lights up a BUNCH of different colors, but there’s more — they’ll INTERACT with the parade floats!

Believe it or not, there’s MORE! Say you select for your wand color to be pink, and you want to change the wand next to you to pink as well. Select your color, hold down the button, and point your wand at another, and it’ll turn that wand the same color as yours!

Even though these are $40, we have a feeling they’ll be pretty popular, especially for families with younger kiddos! We’ve seen them being sold in the Emporium, as well as in carts around Main Street, U.S.A. If you think your kiddo (or you, yourself) will be interested, we suggest budgeting ahead of time!
