Happy New Year from EPCOT!

It’s hard to believe that it’s already 2024, but we sure had a fun time ringing it in. Last night, we were in EPCOT to watch the New Year’s Eve fireworks celebration, and we want to show you just how spectacular the show was!

Both EPCOT and Magic Kingdom had show to bring us into the New Year. While you were able to catch Magic Kingdom’s show Fantasy in the Sky on both December 30th and 31st (at two different times), EPCOT only premiered its show once!

Cheers to the New Year: A Sparkling Celebration is a once-a-year fireworks show, making it even more exclusive than Fantasy in the Sky! One of our favorite parts about this experience is that each country in World Showcase has their very own way of celebrating. Many of them celebrated with lights and music specific to each country — and we even stopped by the UK to check out the Silent Disco!

The fireworks began at 11:54 PM. It was perfectly timed at 6 minutes so we could watch the huge finale right as we welcomed 2024!

If you didn’t want to stay in the parks quite so late, they also showed Luminous: The Symphony of Us (the NEW show in EPCOT) at 6:30 PM. Or if you wanted to spend the whole day in the park, you were treated to two shows!
