Bathrooms to AVOID in Disney World

We all have our preferences of where to go when we “have to go”, especially while at Disney World.

Tangled bathrooms

Sometimes when nature calls you just have to pick the closest restroom to you but with so many locations across the Disney parks under construction and changes to bathrooms recently it’s nice to know which direction you should try to head off in.

We recently asked our readers on Facebook about their own preferences in Disney World bathrooms and we heard some strong opinions on where they AVOID at reasonable cost.

Restrooms

We say reasonable because there was also a good majority of folks that chimed in and said none, when you have to go sometimes you can’t be picky, and that tracks with us. However, there were a few interesting places that were brought up more than a few times in conversation about the least popular bathrooms to visit if you can afford a choice. Here’s what you had to say!

Bathrooms By The Entrance

Bathrooms by the entrance of any of the parks were collectively repeated.

A few also went on to explain that you chose this option because it’s either the first or last bathroom you’re coming to before going on about the rest of your day. It’s easy to hit given the location and we could see why it would be a very popular choice among families especially ones with small children.

Frontierland- Adventureland Breezeway

Another repeatedly avoidable bathroom was inside the breezeway between Frontierland and Adventureland.

This one also stood out to you for a number of reasons. First, its convenient location may make it a bit too convenient. This bathroom is almost a one-stop shop! You’ve got a connecting shop, a rechargeable battery station, a water fountain, and shade coverage all in one location. This makes it a very easy stop to visit the restroom and linger for a few minutes– bonus points if you’ve ever seen this spot while it’s raining. You can practically be shoulder to shoulder with your neighbor then.

Tomorrowland By Auntie Gravity’s Galactic Goodies

Admittedly, this was an easy target.

More often than not this location just always seems to have a line backed up, especially for the ladies’ side. Although we’re not quite certain why that is, it could just be chalked up to its proximity to food with smaller restrooms, rides, shops, and ice cream right next door.

Germany

This one was interesting for us to see.

One reader mentioned that they felt like the Germany bathrooms were outdated and gross. Overcrowding was also a popular response when Germany was mentioned.

Japan

Speaking of avoiding restrooms in World Showcase, readers pointed out the bathrooms by Katsura Grill to be precise.

Our readers that threw in their two cents on this one repeated that it was very small and because they are a trek upstairs making them not so easy to get to, this may lead to folks taking their time in them. You be the judge.

Toy Story Land

Ah yes, the awesomely themed Toy Story Land bathrooms.

While these bathrooms might fool you covered in building block toys they ARE, in fact, structurally sound, The theming however does seem to be the downfall for these bathrooms. They’re the only bathrooms inside Toy Story Land unless you’re dining at Roundup Rodeo BBQ — that means you’re having to share one set of restrooms with everyone nearby unless you’re willing to walk just outside of the land by Pixar Place. But then you might miss a wave from the passing Green Army Patrol so we understand.

Bathrooms Between Yak & Yeti and Kali River Rapids

Ok, we can see the conundrum here.

Kali River Rapids

These are the only bathrooms that are closest in proximity to the walking trail to see animals, a quick service food stop, and an attraction. Couple that fact with the attraction being a water ride, and you’ve got a recipe for potential disaster. We can totally see the inevitability of wet slippery floors and longer lines here.

So there you have it! These are the 7 bathrooms across Disney World you told us you prefer to avoid if you can help it. We like to get input from our readers all the time, so be on the lookout for more questions we’ll be tossing your way, and check back with us at AllEars to see if your response made the list.
