Why You Won’t Be Able To Meet Sulley in Disney’s Hollywood Studios Right Now

Some Disney guests put meeting characters right at the top of their must-do lists.

There are character meet and greets in every park, but it’s important to keep an eye on your My Disney Experience app because meet and greets can change with very little notice. When we went into Disney’s Hollywood Studios today, we noticed that one meet and greet has officially closed.

Over at Walt Disney Presents, you used to be able to meet Sulley, but it seems that meet and greet has closed.

The Sulley meet and greet has closed so that the space can soon be used for an Ariel meet and greet! This Ariel will be from the new live-action film coming out soon, so it will be different than the Ariel meet-and-greet in Magic Kingdom.

Don’t worry though — Sulley won’t be gone for long. The Edna Mode Experience is reopening on May 14th and you’ll be able to meet Edna Mode, Frozone, Mr. and Mrs. Incredible, and Sulley.

There are still lots of character meet and greets that haven’t returned to Disney World since the 2020 park closure, but if you stay tuned to AllEars, we’ll let you know if/when they come back.
