Do you hunt for Hidden Mickeys at Walt Disney World?
OK yeah, we’re not talking about THAT one. He’s not hidden!
Hidden Mickeys are small Mickey icons that are “hidden” throughout the parks. Disney Imagineers like to make Mickey Mouse’s familiar ears show up in the pattern of carpeting…
…in landscaping…
…or in the background of a favorite attraction!
There are Hidden Mickeys everywhere at Disney World! And as we strolled around Disney’s Hollywood Studios recently, we were reminded of some Hidden Mickeys you may not have spotted there.
As you wait in line for Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway, you’ll notice these red lanterns around the queue area.
And on a closer inspection … you’ll see that the scrolling metalwork on the lamps form numerous Hidden Mickeys!
Have you noticed these Hidden Mickeys before? Hunting for Hidden Mickeys can be a fun activity at Disney World, and we especially appreciate the ones hidden in queue lines, because looking for them is a great way to pass the time!
