EVERYTHING Returning to the 2023 EPCOT Festival of the Arts

Believe it or not, the end of the year is right around the corner, and soon, it will be 2023!

That means the EPCOT Festival of the Arts is also right around the corner, and we now know what’s been confirmed for the 2023 event!

The festival will take place from January 13th through February 20th, 2023. It will feature food booths, entertainment, works from artists, and more! We just learned more about the festival, so here’s what’s been confirmed as returning for 2023.

Of course, you can’t have an EPCOT festival without food studios. Last year, we had 15 total food studios.

This year we’ll have 16 food booths (with 2 new ones) PLUS several additional dining locations that will have festival-exclusive eats and drinks.

The Wonderful Walk of Colorful Cuisine will also be back in 2023. This is a fun food stroll that will take you around the festival to try five out of seven colorful treats. You’ll get a stamp for each food you try and once you’ve completed the walk, you’ll earn an Artist Palette Cookie from Deco Delights Food Studio.

Here are the selections for the 2023 Wonderful Walk of Colorful Cuisine:

Red Stamp: Gourmet Landscapes
- Blood Orange-Braised Beet Tartare with Mustard Vinaigrette, Pickled Clamshell Mushrooms, and Golden Beets
Orange Stamp: Moderne
- Pan-Seared Scallops with Vanilla-Butternut Squash Purée, Brown Butter Cauliflower Purée, and Lime Foam
Yellow Stamp: Vibrante & Vivido: Encanto Cocina
- Chorizo and Potato Empanada with Turmeric Aïoli, and Annatto Aïoli
Green Stamp: The Deconstructed Dish
- Deconstructed Key Lime Pie: Flexible Key Lime Curd, “Key Lime” Mousse, Graham Cracker Cake, and Meringues
Blue Stamp: Deco Delights
- Orange Mousse with Lemon Cake and Raspberry Meringues
Indigo Stamp: Pop Eats
- Almond Frangipane Cake layered with Raspberry Jam and Belgian Chocolate
Violet Stamp: Figment’s Inspiration Station at the Odyssey: Art, Food and Little Sparks of Magic
- Pop’t Art: Sugar Cookie with Blueberry Filling

The Disney on Broadway Concert series will also return this year. This features various Broadway performers singing songs from classic Disney movies. Dining packages for the concert series are also returning if you want to get a guaranteed seat for a concert.

The chalk artists will also be returning in 2023. So be sure to look down at all the gorgeous chalk art they’ll be drawing on the sidewalks of EPCOT.

The Artful Photo Ops are a lot of fun — guests will be able to enjoy those again in 2023. These photo ops let you step into famous works of art, including Washington Crossing the Delaware by Emanuel Leutze, The Scream by Edvard Munch, Mona Lisa by Leonardo da Vinci, and more.

You can also make art yourself at the Expression Section, where you can pick up a paintbrush to paint a numbered section of what will become a huge mural.

The Figment’s Brush with the Masters scavenger hunt is also confirmed. You’ll be able to purchase a map, which will lead you on a scavenger hunt to search for hidden Figments in art throughout World Showcase. Once you’ve found all the Figments, you can turn the map in for a prize.

You’ll also be able to see musicians, performance artists, and visual artists doing their thing LIVE for guests in World Showcase Plaza.

You’ll also be able to get some festival-exclusive merchandise, featuring Figment!

Finally, this year brings an exhibit showcasing art of Disney World attractions illustrated by Disney Imagineers. This exhibit will be located near the Creations Shop in World Celebration.
