Everything Confirmed for the 2022 EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival

Spring is still a few months away, but that doesn’t mean that we can’t plan for the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival!

The Flower & Garden Festival is coming back!

Recently, we learned that the 2022 festival will start on March 2nd and run through July 4th. We can’t wait to enjoy all of our returning favorites, as well as check out the new things the festival has to offer! And if you’re trying to plan a trip, we’ve got the full list of everything confirmed for this year.

First of all, it wouldn’t be the Flower & Garden Festival without some stunning topiaries! Disney shared today that there will be a new entrance topiary featuring Goofy and a 50th Anniversary birthday cake this time around. We’ll also be welcoming Snow White back to the Germany Pavilion (with new topiaries of the Seven Dwarfs!) and Lumiere and Cogsworth back to France, among many other popular characters in floral form.

In addition to the topiaries, you’ll find “thousands of blooms forming colorful, living panoramas all around EPCOT” and the Health Full Trail will be available along the Imagination walkway. In this trail presented by AdventHealth, your whole family can learn tips for staying well.

Other gardens will be available to stroll at the festival as well. There’s a new Blossoms of Fragrance Garden presented by Scentsy that will allow you to “Follow your nose and form lasting memories with the help of fresh, unforgettable fragrances.” You can also check out the Outdoor Escapes in World Discovery or the Butterfly House over by the Imagination Pavilion — this year, the fan-favorite offering will have a Bambi theme!

Another thing you can’t have an EPCOT festival without? Well, FOOD! There will be 18 outdoor kitchens this year, in addition to other food and beverage locations around EPCOT. You’ll enjoy fresh fruits, vegetables, and creative takes on popular dishes. We got the full list of food booths recently, and we’re already thinking about what we want to try.

And if you’re excited about entertainment, you’ll be happy to know that the Garden Rocks concert series is officially coming back! You’ll find a variety of bands performing daily at the America Gardens Theatre, including past favorites like The Pointer Sisters and The Plain White T’s.

For those hoping to explore the fest in style, there is going to be plenty of merchandise as well. According to Disney, this is “including vibrant apparel, drinkware, accessories and more.” New collections will launch just in time for the festival.

Also returning this year is the Garden Graze. When you pick up a Festival Passport, you’ll find a list of five different dishes to try throughout the fest. As you order each one, you’ll earn a stamp on your passport. Once you’ve collected all five stamps, you can head to Pineapple Promenade to pick up a special prize!

And finally, let’s talk about Spike’s Pollen-Nation Exploration. This beloved scavenger hunt is coming back again, and to participate, all you need to do is purchase a map for $9.99 at select locations around the park. You’ll search for little Spike the Bee figurines as you go, and once you find all of them, you can head to Disney Traders or World Traveler for your prize.
