Is This What Mickey Ear Inception Looks Like in Disney World?!

We’ve been pretty busy exploring all the new 50th Anniversary merchandise in Disney World.

There are TONS of items available already, and more just keeps coming out! Today we were shopping in Disney’s vintage collection, and we spotted some new Mickey ears that we absolutely had to have.

You can find Disney World’s 50th Anniversary Vault Collection in the Main Street Cinema in Magic Kingdom.

This collection has all kinds of vintage-inspired items, like old park maps, nostalgic mugs, t-shirts from opening day rides, and so much more. But today we spotted a new item in this shop!

We found some new Mickey ear headbands!

But what’s special about these ears is that even your Mickey ears…have their own Mickey ears.

The headband and ears are covered in velvet, with a yellow fabric inside the band. The ears themselves are little Mickeys! They have red shorts with white buttons and ears on top.

And here’s a look at the back of the ears as well.

We thought our pair’s headband was a little small, but that might have just been the one that we got. Or maybe that’s just part of the “vintage” style?

Another unusual thing about this ears headband: it’s cheaper than most Mickey ears in the parks! You can get one for $24.99 at the Main Street Cinema.
