It’s not easy to plan a last-minute trip to Walt Disney World anymore, especially with Disney’s new Park Pass Reservation system. Between dining, hotels, and park reservations, there’s a lot to consider before even setting foot in the Parks and Resorts.

If you’re thinking of planning a trip to Walt Disney World soon, you might want to make sure that park reservations are still available within your vacation window.
We’ve compiled a list of some of the busiest times in Disney that are likely to fill up soon — take a look, and then make your Disney Park Pass reservations ASAP!
Disney Park Pass Basics
Disney Park Passes are a fairly new addition to Walt Disney World, but it seems like they are here to stay.

In order to get into a park in Disney World, guests must make a Disney Park Pass reservation for each day in the park that they want to visit. Before the shutdown in March 2020, guests simply needed to purchase a ticket to be able to visit the parks– now, it takes an extra step.
Dates to Book ASAP
Halloween
Disney’s After Hours BOO Bash is the new Halloween event for 2021. Attending Disney’s Halloween events is a beloved tradition by many Disney fans, so Halloween is a popular time to visit Walt Disney World.

You can expect October 31st park pass reservations to fill up quickly, but keep in mind that if you’re only planning on visiting the Magic Kingdom in the evening for BOO Bash, you don’t need to reserve a park pass!

Thanksgiving
Thanksgiving week is another popular time for people to visit Walt Disney World. In general, pretty much any time there is a school break, you can expect the parks to fill up a little more — most parents try to avoid pulling their kids out of school during the year!

If you’re planning a vacation to Disney World at the end of November, be sure to book your Thanksgiving Day Park Pass Reservations as soon as you can.

There’s a lot going on during the Christmas season in Walt Disney World, like Disney’s Very Merriest After Hours and Festival of the Holidays! The holiday season tends to be a popular time to visit Walt Disney World, and we expect the 50th Anniversary celebration will attract more guests this year!

We recommend preparing for your Christmas trip to Disney World as early as possible. Snag those park pass reservations now before they fill up!

It may seem pretty far in advance, but we recommend booking those park pass reservations now before they fill up!
