Today marks the reopening of Toledo – Tapas, Steak & Seafood at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, and Crews Cup Lounge and Yachtsman Steakhouse at Disney’s Yacht Club Resort in Disney World!
Many Disney fans have been waiting for the Yachtsman Steakhouse to reopen for over a year now (and we’ve definitely been missing it) but, the wait is finally over and we’re stopping by to check it out!
Atmosphere
We first arrived at Disney’s Yacht Club Resort and headed straight over to the restaurant!
Disney is still having guests use mobile check-in for their dining reservations, so we opened up the My Disney Experience app and took a seat near the entrance until we received a text that our table was ready.
Once our table was ready, we headed on in, and then it was time to eat!
Menu
Since the restaurant closed, Disney has switched up the menu offerings a bit now for the reopening! Fan-favorites like the Lobster Bisque are still available, as well as the shareable 28-oz Prime Porterhouse and Chilled Admiral’s Tower…
…and if you’re looking for a meal all to yourself, there are a variety of Butcher’s Cut steaks available. Plus, guests receive a complimentary accompaniment to go along with their steak, as well as the additional option to have an Oscar-style or Half Maine Lobster enhancements too.
Yachtsman doesn’t just do steak, though! There are many brand new Land and Sea Entrées, like the Pan-seared Golden Tilefish, Seafood Cioppino, and more. And, guests can also choose from a variety of Steakhouse sides like the Truffle Macaroni & Cheese, Haricot Vert, and Grilled Delta Asparagus.
Of course, it wouldn’t be a full meal without dessert! Along with the returning Yachtsman’s Chocolate Cake, there are also the choices of a Strawberry Shortcake, Pineapple and Coconut Tart, and Crème Brûlée.
And, if you’re visiting with kids there are a few customizable meals that have entrées like the Oak-grilled Steak Skewer and Orecchiette Pasta and Meatballs.
They can also choose two sides to go along with their meal, ranging from Brown Basmati Rice and Mashed Potatoes to a Mickey Puzzle and Frozen Yogurt and Berry Push-pop.
Like all meals at Yachtsman Steakhouse, ours started off with something that’s not on the menu — bread service! It includes Pull-Apart Onion Rolls and Sourdough served with Roasted Garlic.
To drink, we ordered up the Whiskey Breeze, which is made with Jim Beam Extra-aged bourbon, Cointreau, and fresh lime with flavors of guava and Mango for $14.
And, we decided to try the Lobster Bisque, which has Lobster Biscuits, Crème Fraîche and Espelette Oil…
…and Beef Carpaccio, which features Truffle Aïoli, Parmesan, Fried Capers and Smoked Sea Salt as appetizers.
Then it was time for our main course — steak! We got the 8oz Filet Mignon that is topped with Cognac-Truffle Butter…
…and for our accompaniment, we opted for the Potato-Leek Gratin.
Plus, we also ordered an extra side and got the Truffle Macaroni & Cheese.
Of course, we’ll be bringing you along with us as we visit all of the other reopening restaurants in Disney World, so be sure to stay tuned to AllEars for more dining and Disney news!

Favorite restaurant! My wife and I go there on every trip. We travel from PA at least twice a year and are annual pass holders. Just a very classy atmosphere and quality menu.
