Today, we’ve got TWO new reopening menus from spots that are set to come back soon!

Toledo

Toledo is located in Gran Destino Tower at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort, and is set to reopen on August 5th! The restaurant offers Spanish cuisine including a wide variety of small plates called Tapas.

On the Toledo menu, you might notice that the structure is very different! There are no separate sections for things like Pinxtos and Cazuelas! You can choose from starters such as the Flight of Four Pinxtos, the Charred Octopus, and “Aceitunas” Marinated Olives. The restaurant also offers a fixed meal called the Chef’s Signature Dinner for Two for $129.

Toledo also offers a good selection of entrées, including old favorites like Chuletón Bone-In Rib-Eye for Two and the Rioja-braised Chicken and plenty of new additions! There are also lots of delicious sides, including the Blistered Shishito Peppers.

The menu at Yachtsman is looking different from when it was previously open. However, you can still find items like the Lobster Bisque! Yachtsman also offers two signature offerings, the 28-oz Prime Porterhouse and Chilled Admiral’s Tower, both of which are meant to be enjoyed with someone else.
