One of the first decisions that you have to make when planning at Disney World vacation is which parks you want to visit and when.

Currently, guests must have both a valid theme park ticket and make a park pass reservation before arriving at the park, so planning ahead is important now more than ever. And, to help you make your plans, we’ve got an update on when the parks will be open in September!
Disney had previously released park hours through September 4th, but now we know when the parks will be open the following week from September 5th to 11th! Let’s take a look!
Magic Kingdom
The hours at Magic Kingdom will vary a bit from day to day with the park opening from 9AM to 9PM on September 5th, 6th, 8th and 9th and then only opening from 9AM to 8:30PM on September 7th and 10th. And, hours will shorten even more on September 11th, with the hours of 9AM to 7PM.

Keep in mind that Disney After Hours BOO Bash will take place on September 5th from 9:30PM to 12:30AM and then from 9PM to midnight on September 7th and 10th. The event does require an additional ticket and you can already purchase them if you’re hoping to attend!
EPCOT
EPCOT will continue to have similar hours as past weeks opening from 11AM to 9PM daily.

And, the EPCOT Food & Wine Festival will also be happening in the park during this time, so you’ll have the chance to try all the new eats and drinks from the new (and returning) food booths!
Disney’s Hollywood Studios
Over at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, the hours will be a bit more extended with the park opening at 9AM and closing at 8PM.

We also saw that the park hours got extended for the first week of September, so there’s more time to Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge and Toy Story Land while you visit!
Disney’s Animal Kingdom
And, Disney’s Animal Kingdom will open from 8AM to 6PM daily between September 5th to 11th, making it another week that park hours remain consistent from the weeks before.

Of course, keep in mind that park hopping hours begin for all of the parks at 2PM daily as well.
Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park
September is still pretty warm in Florida, so if you’re hoping to visit Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park, it will open from 11AM to 6PM.

As a reminder, Disney does not require park pass reservations for this park, so you can go any day of the week that you’d like at any time.
Disney Springs
And, lastly, Disney Springs will open from 10AM to 11PM September 5th to 9th, and then have extended hours on the weekend opening from 10AM to 11:30PM on September 10th and 11th.

Disney World park hours are updated from time to time, so you’ll want to double-check the park hours when you’re on your vacation. And, we’re always keeping track of the changes too, so stay tuned to AllEars for the latest updates!
