Are You Having This Disney World Park Pass Issue? Here's What We're Seeing.

If you’ve been to Disney World since the reopening, then you’re probably familiar with the Disney Park Pass Reservation System.

These days, reservations are required to visit any of the Disney World parks. These reservations can fill up quickly for the smaller parks and the more crowded days, so it’s important to make them as soon as you can. However, we’ve been experiencing a strange problem when trying to book ours!

When trying to make our Disney Park Pass reservations online, several members of our team have been experiencing an unusual glitch on the Disney World website. When we try to book the reservation, instead of it going through, we’re immediately led to an error screen like this one:

For some people, this glitch has gone on for months at a time. It can be pretty frustrating when you’re trying to make plans for your trip. So what do you do if this happens to you?

Disney’s Magic Kingdom Park

If you find yourself in this situation, we recommend reaching out to Disney. You can call them on the phone or reach out to a Cast Member with the chat feature on the Disney World website. Share the details of what’s happening with your account, and they should be able to help you make your reservations.

Toy Story Land

Before you reach out, make sure to check theme park reservation availability online for the days of your visit, otherwise, you may just be wasting your time trying to make reservations for days that are fully booked. But if the options you want are still open, then make a list of the dates and parks that you want to share with the Cast Member.

Test Track

We know it may be annoying if you’re dealing with this issue, but it may just be a temporary problem. If you don’t want to reach out to Disney to secure your reservations, then try other tech solutions, like switching to your phone’s browser, working in a private browser window, logging out of your account and back in, or restarting your computer. We can’t promise that any of these things will help, but it may be best to test these methods out before calling Disney.
