maybe i am nostalgia biased, but this is the ultimate WDW ride to me- if i could only ever do one thing again in any parks, it would be pirates. immaculate storyline, experience and just like a warm hug as a ride

Probably my favorite ride in the Magic Kingdom. The music, the animatronics, the smells. They all are so well done and always has the same feel each time I ride it.

This ride is amazing, the smells, the ride itself are great haven't in my experience seen this ride go higher than 40 minutes usually. Great ride!

This is one of the best rides ever! I do miss the old classic version of this ride but I like the new version too!

I know it's a popular meme but, having ridden the Disneyland version of this ride ~7 times in the last 5 years after a lifetime of only riding Orlando's (as a FL resident), the Magic Kingdom iteration is kind of a joke. At the end of it, my mom said \"that's it?\", and that summed up my feelings this time around as well. Anaheim's may only be twice as long but it's about ten times more enjoyable.

People who have been on this ride in both DL and WDW, I don't get how you love the WDW one sooo much! It was sooo disappointing compared to DL! Its way shorter, missing multiple scenes and only one drop! I wouldn't waist my time in WDW on this one again knowing DL is so much better. I guess if WDW is closer for you though that it will do.

I have always loved POTC and make it a point to ride this everytime we are at WDW (we actually rode it twice...once with a LL and one without just to see the difference). Overall a great ride and the pirate ship scene seemed a bit more "smokey" than usual; but I mean, they are in a battle, so there's that. The wait times without a LL can get pretty long; but the decor inside makes it very cool to see
