Lightning Lane Historical Prices

Disney World’s Lightning Lanes provide access to “Lightning Lanes” for rides (which allow guests to bypass Standby lines for select attractions with an extra purchase made on the My Disney Experience app) to help guests maximize their time in the four Disney World theme parks: Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and Disney’s Animal Kingdom.

Since the initial debut of Lightning Lanes in Disney World, there have also been significant changes made to pricing structures for those who choose to purchase the service’s optional add-on components: Lightning Lane Multi Pass (LLMP), Lightning Lane Single Pass (LLSP) and Lightning Lane Premier Pass (LLPP).

Lightning Lane is an optional paid service available through the My Disney Experience app, which allows you to bypass standby lines and enter the Lightning Lane (previously known as the FastPass line) at select attractions in the parks by paying a base price.

  • Lightning Lane Single Pass – allows guests to access the Lightning Lane queue for a SINGLE attraction that is typically the newest and most popular attraction at the park.
  • Lightning Lane Multi Pass – allows guests to access multiple Lightning Lane queues by reserving a return time to up to three attractions at a time through the My Disney Experience App
  • Lightning Lane Premier Pass – allows guests at select Disney Deluxe Resorts to access ANY Lightning Lane queue at a given park any time (without prior reservation), but only once per day, per person.

The prices for each service are based on “variable pricing” which means that the busier dates or more in-demand the service is, the more expensive the items will be priced. Parks with more ride attractions also tend to be more expensive. For example, purchasing a LLMP at Magic Kingdom will likely cost you more than the same day at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. This is also true for Lightning Lane Premier Pass. Premier Pass at Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios will always tend to run more expensive that the same days at EPCOT or Animal Kingdom.

  • The price range for Lightning Lane Multi Pass is currently $15-$39 per day, per ticket.
  • The price range for Lightning Lane Single Pass is currently $13-$25 per day, per ticket.
  • The price range for Lightning Lane Single Pass is currently $119-$449 per day, per ticket.

It is important to keep in mind that these prices are per person/ticket, per day. So if a family wants to use any of the Lightning Lane services, that price will be multiplied by each member of the travel party using the service (and that can add up!).
