Cast Member Previews Announced for 2 Disney World Rides

Disney World has two massive new rides opening on May 26th — Soarin’ Across America and Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets.

It looks like these rides will be up and running sooner rather than later, since an exclusive group will be able to ride early soon!

If you’re a Walt Disney World Cast Member, you can sign up on May 6th to ride both Soarin’ Across America and Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets early! To register on the 6th, either click the link in your email or head to the CastLife site, then select a time slot. Previews will be held in May.

There are potentially more ways to ride early if you’re not a Cast Member. Disney World announced that Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster will have previews for Annual Passholders and Disney Vacation Club members in the near future! You should get an email with more details when it’s announced.

Soarin’ Across America is a brand new version of Soarin’ that will celebrate the 250th Anniversary of the U.S.! It’s part of the new “Disney Celebrates America” initiative, a company-wide tribute to the nation’s 250th anniversary. It will open at EPCOT on May 26th!

The refreshed attraction will soar guests on a flight across both coasts of the United States, featuring sweeping aerial views of national landmarks and scenic landscapes captured specifically for the new experience. It will highlight some of the country’s natural beauty and iconic cityscapes!

Rock ‘n’ Roller Coaster Starring The Muppets starts with your VIP pass to see Electric Mayhem at G-Force Records with Kermit and Miss Piggy. There’s just one big problem: the band has been rocking out so hard that they lost track of time and are running late for their big show! So it’s up to you to help them get there with the help of a L.I.M.O., aka Lengthy Immediate Motion Objects.
