It’s almost time for the next EPCOT festival! Disney’s Festival of the Arts kicks off on January 16th, 2026, and we are ridiculously excited.

This festival focuses on food that’s a feast for the eyes and entertainment fit for artists. This bright and colorful festival might be number one in our book, but there’s one small change this year that we’re pretty bummed about.
We are just a little over a week away from the start of Festival of the Arts, so we’re getting our berets and paints ready! Ahead of the festival, one thing we noticed is that the Refreshment Port will be closed starting on January 12th.

This walk-up spot, which is open year-round, often serves up specialty poutine that rotates depending on which festival is happening. Last year, during the Festival of the Arts, we tried the Caprese Poutine and loved it! We’re really sad to see that this option won’t be available during the fest. Another thing we spotted was that the quick service isn’t showing times through March 6th, 2026, which is as far as the calendar goes at the time of writing. That means it most likely won’t be available at the start of the Flower and Garden Festival, which kicks off on March 4th, 2026.

Disney hasn’t announced the closure formally. They have only updated the locations’ availability online, so we aren’t sure exactly what to expect once it finally reopens. We’re still eagerly awaiting the full menus for Festival of the Arts, but this closure does confirm we will have one fewer booth this year. This festival isn’t just about pretty (and tasty) food! You can also expect to find the Wonderful Walk of Colorful Cuisine, art marketplaces, visual art performances, and the Disney on Broadway Concert Series.

This is just scratching the surface of the festival that might be our number one favorite! We will definitely miss the Refreshment Port poutine, but if you need some fries, cheese curds, and gravy, you can head to The Daily Poutine in Disney Springs!

Festival of the Arts runs until February 23rd. Our team will be in the parks on the day Festival of the Arts kicks off, so be sure to keep following AllEars for full reviews of every festival booth and an inside look at the entertainment, merchandise, and more.
