The Crowds in EPCOT Today Might Surprise You

It’s finally here!

July 27th marks the start of the 2023 EPCOT Food and Wine Festival, and Disney fans and food lovers alike are ready to take on the festival — brochures in hand and stretchy pants ON. If you’re curious what crowds at EPCOT looked like on the opening day of the festival, you are in the right place, my friend.

We expected the EPCOT crowds to be on the wild side today, if we’re being honest. We weren’t surprised at the flock of people scanning into the park this morning. Check it out!

Once we were inside the park and walking around, though, it was much better. There were definitely some smaller crowds, but they were bearable.

The longest line we saw all day was probably the line at Connections Cafe Starbucks this morning. Everybody needs their coffee!

The lines for the actual Food and Wine booths were almost nonexistent, though!

Of course, there were a few booths that had a somewhat longer line, but none were unbearably long like we were kind of expecting.

In the early afternoon, there was a bit of rain, and that’s when some of the lines were really short.

For the most part, though, today was a pretty typical day at EPCOT as far as crowds go.
