5 NEW Offerings Announced for Disney's Hollywood Studios

One of the best ways to celebrate a magical vacation or a holiday at Disney World is to take advantage of the seemingly endless photo opportunities provided by Disney PhotoPass services.

Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge

For many Disney visitors, there’s no better souvenir than having special photos with fan-favorite characters or in front of park icons. If you’re a Star Wars fan and are planning to celebrate your love of the franchise in Disney’s Hollywood Studios, you’re going to want to check this out!

In honor of Star Wars Day, Disney PhotoPass launched some NEW photo opportunities in Galaxy’s Edge in Hollywood Studios on May the 4th. Let’s check them out!

Galaxy’s Edge in Hollywood Studios

First up, we have the Holopuck Magic Shot. These will present you with your next target as an intergalactic bounty hunter! We saw a similar photo op last year.

Next, you can take a photo with BB-8 near Black Spire Outpost! How cute is this?

Playing around with the lenses that are available within the My Disney Experience app can be super fun. From May 4th through 11th, visitors can enjoy complimentary access to this Armorer’s Forge lens. After May 12th, you can enjoy it by purchasing Genie+ or by linking an Annual Pass.

Next up, you can’t go wrong with a Darksaber! This photo op can be found across from Oga’s Cantina after sundown each day.

While these debuted on May 4th (for the May the 4th celebration), Disney has shared that they’ll “continue to be available after the celebration ends.” So be sure to check them out during your next trip.
